I really enjoyed to stay in this apartment, it felt like home, it was so cosy and the bed was so comfy. I wished could stay Ionger, I really love it. I liked that the location is in a quiet neighborhood, the building looks modern and clean, many shopping opportunities around. The kitchen part is really modern too, with everything you need.

Sounds strange to say, but my first impression of this apartment is that it smelled great. Everything was clean and Toan was a super helpful communicator.

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is super cute with beautiful Japandi-style decor that made it feel both cozy and stylish. Having a washing and drying machine in the apartment was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. The location is also great — Lotte Mall is just a short walk away, which was really convenient. The host was amazing — very supportive and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Kim was an excellent host! Kim ensured that we had a very pleasant stay by making sure the property was well maintained! Any one who stays there would realise that Kim had spent numerous hours on planning and maintaining such a beautiful place. The house had every sort of amenities including washing machine , cloth steamer , cooking range and many more! Kudos to Kim and her property! 10/10 would recommend this property!

We're a couple that traveled to Vietnam for the first time. What stood out is the spacious area and the beautiful view of West Lake. It's a 10min grab ride to Old Quarters. This place is ideal for those would like a serene environment, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the City. There's a convenience store nearby and also a hidden cat cafe that is worth the visit!

This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb—and we absolutely loved it. Van Anh was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The cosy apartment was beautifully decorated, with soft pastel-colored paintings adding a warm, inviting touch to the walls. The view from the balcony was simply priceless. Anytime we needed assistance, Van Anh responded promptly and graciously. She even went out of her way to help us store our excess luggage while we travelled to Sapa. We’ll always remember our stay at Van Anh’s place with great fondness.

We loved our stay at Natalie's place so much we rebooked it on our return trip to Hanoi. The space looks exactly like the pictures and Natalie was a very responsive and friendly host. Bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The place is a little hard to find as it sets back from the street, so be sure to follow the Google Map instructions. Friendly security guard let us in even though we came after hours. It's a great apartment to stay at if you are looking to be away from the main tourist drag. Highly recommend!!!

Very good hostess! Instantly answers questions and helps! Even brought a yoga mat at the request, which was not in the apartment according to the description. I recommend it to everyone! Excellent accommodation in a good location for good money.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We got a self check in as the host gave us the code online so there was no wait and we could check in/check out with ease. The facilities were very nice, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom and fully-equiped kitchen-ware. There was a TV and a projector so you can enjoy your favourite movies anytime, anywhere with your loved ones. The interior is the best thing about this homestay as it is modern and very good-looking with good quality materials. Overall, it was great value for money and we highly recommend this property!

A beautiful home stay that is owned by a kind and friendly family! They went out of their way to accommodate our check-in and responded to messages quickly. The room was extremely clean and very spacious with every amenity possible! The location is very peaceful and just a short drive from the old quarter. 1000/10 star rating!

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.
