I stayed at Nhung’s place in the Old Quarter and had a great experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. Nhung was incredibly responsive and helpful, even accommodated my early check-in request and arranged a place for me to keep my luggage when I arrived. Every small query I had was answered quickly. The location is perfect: it's in the Old Quarter but still tucked away from the main noise, yet walking distance from some of the best restaurants and cafés. It was super convenient and comfortable. Would definitely come back and stay here again

Our stay at Lee’s place was perfect! Close to everything we wanted to see and private enough that it felt peaceful. The instructions to get in are clear and she communicated well! A gem of a place!!

The owner decorated the room with some cool painting and artefacts. The room also got a nice view of the street, and I had everything I need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reasonably priced room located in the heart of Hanoi.

Quick response of the host is amazing even she is abroad. There were some small facility problems but the hospitality covered such everything!

Rooms were clean and functional, Thang was very helpful and responds quickly to messages and questions. Loved staying on top of a cat cafe, the cats were adorable

This place was such a hidden gem. Although the location is a bit outside of the main tourist area, we used Grab to take us to places where we wanted to go.

Small, pretty and clean. Room and fresh fragrant linens. The first floor has many cute and friendly cats. The place is located in an area where it is easy to catch a car and go to other visiting places, can walk, do a morning jog around the lake. Loved the ambience here.

Cheerful accommodation and very well located (we were able to visit everything we wanted to see on foot). I recommend it!

This is my second time with this host. First time I stay in other place, also nice. But this time the new place is more better for me. I like that elevator open right in front of the room, very special. The room have working room too(yes, a real room for working!) so I can do my job quiet. Wifi fast, bed soft, balcony have much sunlight. Everything clean and have kitchen, I can cook simple food. The host is nice and help when I need. The host also friendly and reply fast. I feel like at home here. Will come back again for sure!

Everything was great. The room was clean, exactly like the photos, well-equipped, and quiet. The host was welcoming, responsive, and helpful. I felt very comfortable during my stay. Good service, definitely worth coming back.

Great place and highly recommended. We arrived earlier and could easily get in earlier by arrangement with Linh. There were minor problems with the washing machine and a misunderstanding, with the shared fridge in shared kitchen. But everything was fixed super quickly from Linh and the stay was therefore very nice.

Staying at The Nook was such a peaceful and memorable experience. The room was thoughtfully designed with warm wooden tones, a super comfy bed, and a projector with Netflix—perfect for relaxing nights. I especially loved waking up early and walking just 2 minutes to West Lake to enjoy the morning breeze and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly, always ready to help with recommendations and made me feel truly at home. The shared kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and the whole house felt calm and welcoming. I highly recommend The Nook to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in Hanoi

Great place to stay for a big group:) Good location

I recently stayed at Rose's place and found the room to be quite spacious. The beds and bathroom were met our functional needs. I still had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive to any inquiries.

Stayed here with a group of 7 and had a wonderful time. It’s a really cool layout with everyone getting their own a/c’d bedroom and it’s right in the middle of the very vibrant and lively old quarter neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Our stay was great. The apartment is very nice and central but quiet. Would book again and again. Communication was also great.

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is excellent—perfect for getting around Hanoi easily. Restaurants, bars, cafes, and souvenir shops are all within walking distance. On weekends, there’s a fun night market held just nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hot water worked perfectly and was nice and hot. The water pressure in the shower is weak, but that's common in Southeast Asia, so it’s understandable. Communication with the host was also very smooth. There are about three people managing the property, so you’ll always get a quick response from someone. All things considered, I highly recommend this accommodation to all travelers!

Mew is a great host, she recommends local restaurants, and she makes sure to communicate properly and openly. She usually replies within 30 minutes or less, that's how quick and responsive she is. I really like her place but I was with my parents, so the steep stairs was a concern for them, however, this place is good for backpackers or group of young people. The place was clean and complete with all the amenities one might need during the stay. Plus, it's within the city centre. Thank you for letting us stay and helping us~

Very nice place in the heart of Hanoi, and the host is very communicative and fast in responding as well! He was very quick to solve any issues or questions I had. Would recommend.
