This was undoubtedly the best experience with AirBnB I’ve ever had. Aside from the fact that Tracey and Earl’s place was cozy, comfortable, and beautiful as one could ask for in the Caribbean, they both were extremely kind and hospitable, and even had fresh coconuts ready for us when we arrived. I cannot see myself ever coming back to Nevis and NOT staying with them again! Wonderful experience and cannot recommend their place more highly.

Tazel was an amazing host who made me feel very welcome. She was very helpful in regards to allowing me to borrow an adapter during my stay and also made arrangements for my arrival to Paradise without me requesting. Overall, as someone who works in Hospitality myself I can say it was the friendliest, professional and most helpful service I have received on a trip abroad. I will certainly return to the islands and recommend anyone coming to the islands in future uses these facilities. Many thanks

From the moment we arrived Omel was a fantastic hostess- from driving us to the local shop to pick up supplies on our arrival to bringing us fruit from her orchard and putting us in touch with a great local car rental guy (Thanks, Kervin!) she was always available to make our stay so special, easy and relaxing- despite being in someone else's house we immediately felt right at home. Despite being situated by the island's main road, Unique Villa felt so peaceful and quiet, in idyllic surroundings with an orchard full of varied fruit trees and a beautiful garden tended by Omel. The air conditioning was a godsend and the power shower was fantastic! With the police station across the road, the villa felt very safe and secure and we were able to park safely off road right outside the property. Thank you Omel and Lynell for your wonderful hospitality, we can't wait to return to Nevis and will definitely be looking to stay at Unique Villa again next time.

Excellent place to stay especially if you are looking to relax in nature. cozy and quaint cottage with kitchen basics. Pots, dishes, silverware etc (you'll need to bring spices etc if cooking) no microwave. Bathroom has good water pressure with hot water, ample towels. Air conditioning in the bedroom (I never used it, enjoyed the breeze instead). Beautiful screened in porch with table and chairs (a hammock would make it perfect). Great place to watch the monkeys in the trees. Seen an entire monkey family. There was a gorgeous peacock 🦚 outside my door. The place is gated and host will give you a remote for it. Host is easily available by phone. Definitely recommend a vehicle (I rented a tiny car but a little suv is ideal due to the road up to the house but a car works). There is a bus stop at the bottom but requires a bit of walking up and down a hill. You will hear the sound of nature at night (best sleep ever). Pool on property but I didn't use it. Host lives on site. Thank you 😊
