Very nice apartment with terrace+2 wheels+trailer

Completely new, cozy 2 room apartment in a sunny basement with private parking, flatscreen, WLAN, Wama&Troger as well as south-facing terrace and 2 wheels including children's trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular and with very nice shops packed Warendorfer street. The favourite nightlife area in the south city and the port are also easy to reach.

This type of house is known as " ein Heuerhaus'. It was built in 1883 and is one of the few remaining such houses in the area. We renovated it in the late1980's and it is recognised as a National Monument. The area we converted into the appartment for our guests, was originally used for storing the hay and straw for the animals winter fodder The house is surrounded by a large garden and uninterrupted view of the countryside.

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.
