Teguise is located in the center of the island, very close to the famous beaches of Famara, the resorts of Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen and just ten minutes from the island's capital, Arrecife. Teguise, the island's former capital, is a beautiful village, far enough from the tourist areas and where tranquility is first and foremost. Our accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and athletes and for families with children.

Located within the historic complex of Teguise, (Lanzarote's former capital and current cultural centre of the island) this charming, artistic, late nineteenth century courtyard-house, has been thoughtfully renovated preserving its original architectural features, combining tradition and modernity. The thick volcanic walls, terracotta floors and timber ceilings create a backdrop whereby natural light, colours, textures and works of art form a series of unique spaces.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

The 200-year-old finca was built in the traditional country house style in a horseshoe shape around a 135 m² patio. It is surrounded by a 2000 m² exotic garden with many typical island plants and trees, including 28 palm trees, many of them house-high.
