Holiday rentals with a patio in Teignbridge

What an amazing stay, Dominic was really helpful and patient with all my pre arrival questions and during our stay. Response time was really good. Dominics place was really clean and clear of clutter exactly what we needed for our trip. We spent the weekend kayaking, visiting lots of beaches and the Paignton airshow. so central for attractions. Needed a large space to come back to at the end of the day and unload beach gear before setting off again, the living area was perfect. Really recommend Dominics place

The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

It is a very quiet location with great views of the coast and sea. A short hilly walk into Dawlish where the river runs through and the black swans swim. We enjoyed our stay very much.

What a truly beautiful gem... This gorgeous place is simply perfection. My little family and I stayed here enroute to St Ives. We holiday a lot in West Cornwall, but have never explored South Devon. We'll be hurrying back. Our two night stay was so peaceful, opening our curtains each morning to the lush rolling green farm land. The little cottage pristine and beautifully furnished. We loved how spacious the bedroom was and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd very much recommend. Thank you for our stay Christopher 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My friend and I stayed for four nights at the Annexe, just home from home, kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfy and I especially liked having a blind and curtains which gave a seemingly blacked out room; again home from home. As for the shower room the fish wallpaper was very quirky and the shower was so refreshing, especially after walking a fair few miles. If you want to explore the Devon coast this is definitely a good place to stay, there is a local bus service and Teignmouth train station is approximately 5 mins drive away.

Perfect location in Babbacombe. Parking close by and plenty to see and do. it is over a pub so there is a little noise at times during opening times - but the description does warn of this so was not an issue and things quieten down promptly at closing time (the bedroom is not over the bar area so is very quiet at all times). It is handy for a cracking pint of real ale, or just about any other refreshment you fancy though. The apartment was very very comfortable and spotlessly clean, the towels were extra nice. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely use again when in the area.

Just got back from a lovely few days break in this beautiful cottage. James is a very welcoming and friendly host and along with the information book in the cottage we had everything we needed to know. The cottage was just perfect and the outside and surrounding garden is like a scene from a fairytale. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation , then this is definitely the place. Inside the cottage , there are lots of beautiful original features alongside more modern amenities. Everything that you could possibly need to make your stay more comfortable has been carefully thought about by the hosts. It’s in a great location to get to places like Torquay, Dartmouth and Brixham. All in all a fabulous place to stay for some much needed R&R.

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

It felt like being in your own home. Warm, comfortable, quiet location, lovely outside space for our toddler to run around. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay and was an easy walk to the registry office for our elopement.

We stayed in Figgy Cottage for a long weekend, whist meeting up with relatives - what a great place, very relaxing, dog-friendly house and garden, beautiful surroundings, lovely walks nearby (including one to the pub!). We had a fantastic time, hope to come back next year, many thanks John and Emma x

Perfect place for a couple. Centrally located for whole of South Hams area. Really quiet. The host was really welcoming. Accommodation was really well presented and spotlessly clean. Super bathroom and a really comfortable bed. We’d certainly stay there again!

We had a truly wonderful few days at Mel's amazing place in Topsham - we didn't want to leave! The cottage is perfect - it has everything you could possibly need and it's just a stone's throw from the beautiful quayside and fabulous shops and restaurants of Topsham. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the local area and got the bus to Exeter (so easy) - eating out locally was a real joy, so many places to choose from. Mel's home is cosy and beautifully decorated. If you're thinking about a trip to this area book it now! We will be back.

A beautiful apartment with genuinely stunning views from the balcony and living room. The amenities are excellent, and the hosts fab!

Lovely home centrally located in this beautiful village. Lots of lovely local walks and plenty of walkable shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.

A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The little gifts left for us were the extra touch that made it even better. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Brixham.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Nice little apartment in a perfect location. Short walk to a beautiful harbour with plenty of bars/restaurants. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, with nice seating area in the courtyard

Diana was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay just as perfect. The accommodation was pristine and exceeded expectations. The gardens were peaceful and tranquil. I can’t rate this property highly enough and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a convenient location for surrounding areas. We were there for a wedding so can’t comment on the wider area and what’s on offer.

Great central location — right on the Hoe and just a short walk to the Barbican, where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The flat itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was really easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

Karens place is beautifully decorated there is nothing gone to chance this place is exceptionally well presented, its absolutely beautiful and great value for money, I stayed there whilst I was working away so was a bit gutted I couldn't enjoy it longer! this is a must if in the area, it has everything a couple or family could wish for, I'd love to return with my family!

I really should say something horrible to put people off... so that my wife and I can book it whenever we want to!! However.... it was a fantastic apartment, with great facilities, everything we needed and a few extra things we weren't expecting, which made it really special. Parking under cover was a real bonus. And the location was simply perfect. Close to the beach, the station, and the town. Can't wait to go again (if you don't all beat me to it!)

Sandie and Dan communicated extremely well and were even kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the normal check in time as we had an event to attend. The property was clean and tidy and instructions were clear. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Plymouth. The only issue we had was parking via the ringGo app which for some reason wouldn't work and the phone number on the sign on the street didnt work so i was unable to pay so im now expecting a fine. However this was not in anyway the fault of the hosts just something to bare in mind for future guests. I would recommend dowloading and setting up the ringGo app pre arrival.
