Beautiful and quiet house with fruit trees

Beautiful renovated and cozy house that offers all the amenities you need on your vacation. Two bedrooms for four people, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with TV and channels in different languages. Wi-Fi, terrace, and outdoor area with barbecue, palm trees, and fruit trees. Easy access for parking. A 20-minute drive to Playa del Inglés or the northern part of the island (San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Tejeda...). It's the perfect place to rest and enjoy nature.

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Casa Catina

Casa Catina is located in the village of Huerta del Barranco, in the natural park of Tejeda, Gran Canaria. The village has recently been nominated by “(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)” as the first of the seven rural wonders of Spain. With its volcanic scenery, the impressive nearby rock faces Bentaiga and Nublo, and many different varieties of subtropical plants, it benefits from a truly unique natural setting, ideal for relaxing and for many outdoor activities.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

In our cottage you could find lots of trees and flowers and a marvelous sunbathing zone with a private pool in the outside. There is also a big barbecue zone right next to the house. Our cottage is far enough to enjoy nature and quietness but less than 5 minutes by car from the city of Arucas. Ideal for visiting the north of the island.
