The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into an open field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, 2-burner ceramic stovetop, cabinets). Double bed (2 m x 1.60 m). The studio has air conditioning. For a toddler we have a baby crib. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). We pay a lot of attention to the environment: solar power, ProWindgas (green hydrogen), waste separation...

Stay in the former rectory

Welcome to the housekeeper's apartment (basement) of the former parsonage. The apartment is very quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes, you are on foot in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. From January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

We offer an apartment on our small farm. The apartment is about 32 square meters, has a small kitchen (without stove) and a shower room……it is completely separate, with seating outside. The bus and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity and it is about 20 minutes by bike to the city center. From here you can enter the separate shower. The laundry area and toilet are separate.(In this room, the ceiling height is only 2 m) Our Sweet Home includes a small sitting area with coffee/tea bar and a hallway with a wardrobe.

Fahrräder können gerne geliehen werden, um in 10 min zum Prinzipalmarkt zu fahren oder eine Tour in die nahegelegenen Rieselfelder zu machen.
