Although we didn’t stay at Martha’s due to an unfortunate change of plans not allowing us to cross into Nicaragua from Costa Rica - she was very accommodating and understood that we may need to rebook. She was quick to reply and very kind - I will stay here once we make it into Nicaragua.

We had a short stay in Leon, but Katherine's hospitality made us wish we had more time. She made us feel right at home immediately. She was very communicative and gave us recommendations for dinner. Highly recommend her place for a comfortable stay close to town.

5 stars wouldn’t be enough to describe my experience in Nicaragua but specifically at Rommel’s place. From the welcoming perspective, the cleanliness and the owner’s attitude all were impeccable. I couldn’t be more satisfied and grateful to Rommel who made his home available to me and catered to my every need.
