Very well located accommodation close to the "marina". Ballads and access to boats to visit the five lands. Close to the pedestrian streets of Spezia to find good restaurants and walk Access from the station on foot (20 min) or bus Ditto bus to Lerici and Portovenere nearby. Good equipment Lovely and responsive host Lots of recommendations A little noisy to my taste the avenue where the windows overlooks is very busy but after a day of visiting we fall asleep very quickly 😉 Booking without a second thought

We stayed at the apartment for 1 night. Everything was great, cozy and clean. Ideal for 4 people. We also recommend this apartment because of its central location. The view from the 2nd floor is also beautiful. If the suitcases are not huge, they can be easily brought into the apartment via the staircase. We parked on the city wall, it was no problem. Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stunning terrace view of the city and waterfront below, truly beautiful. The host met us at the train station and walked us to the place, we would not have found it otherwise. Recommend using the luggage service available, as the slope was a bit difficult for 65 year olds to manage our luggage. You must eat at the restaurant "Old School Cocktails and Food", just 20 meters from our entrance. We cancelled dining experiences elsewhere for this hometown and delicious Italian food/fellowship. The host was very responsive to a few minor issues, thank you Carolina for the wonderful stay!

Our short stay at Luca's place was perfect for exploring La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The place was spacious and a quick walk to the main areas of La Spezia and the train station. Luca met us before check-in and explained everything to us. There was a bottle of wine, waters, and snacks awaiting us. Parking on the street was very inexpensive and easy with the parking app. We would stay there again! Thank you, Luca, for your kindness and hospitality.

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Annalisa's and Viola's property. Annalisa met us in at the main street to lead the way to the unit so check in was a breeze. I stayed here with my 6 year old and husband. Husband slept on the pullout couch and he was comfortable. Plenty of amenities and the ocean breeze through the front door was refreshing. A great base to explore the other towns.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Our stay was completely successful! Communication with Elisa was super easy and pleasant – we felt in good hands from the start. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the beautiful garden and the well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking something delicious yourself. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime. Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

This is a gem of a place. The name says “Tiny” but it is not tiny at all. It’s very spacious! Good location, close to nice beaches. Large supermarket close by. Very quiet compound. Inside was cool despite blistering heat outside. Fantastic amenities. Everything we needed and more. Will come again and will recommend others ;)

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We loved our stay at this beautiful house, so close to shops, restaurants , beach and train station. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more, beautiful crockery, glasses the decor and fine detail were outstanding, the outside space was perfect. Would love to go back soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Massimo's home in Altaganana. The communication with Massimo was absolutely top-notch - fast, helpful and welcoming. The home has a perfect location with an incredibly beautiful view. We'd love to come back!

Modern, clean apartment, complete with everything you need. Location close to the center and the sea but outside the chaos of the center, 10 minutes from practically everything! Communicating with Sabrina was easy both before arriving and during the stay, she was always kind, helpful and clear in communications and useful advice. We stayed with a small child and they provided us with a cot and high chair in the property. If we return to Lerici, we would definitely like to stay at this property again.

This is an incredible Airbnb in Cinque Terre. It’s very easily accessible from the train station, with no big hikes or hills required. The unit is compact but never felt too small, it was very homey. The view was gorgeous. The amenities, specifically the washing machine and the AC units, were huge helps on our trip. Agos communicated often, effectively, and have very clear instructions. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We do not have anything negative to say.

Matteo E Oriana’s place was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking. She was very accommodating to our need to check in early. It is important not to underestimate the stairs, this may be a problem if you are elderly or have a physical impairment. We had a little miscommunication due to the language barrier but Oriana is so lovely and nice to deal with. Thank you for the stay.

The room is close to the station and can be reached on foot.The decoration is very beautiful and tidy.and even sent a gift.However, you need to clean up and throw the trash downstairs before leaving, so you need to reserve more time

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.
