We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Not far from major roads, it is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, and 10 minutes from Hautefort and Excideuil. Parking is available right next to the house and the garden is enclosed, which can be convenient if you want to bring your little canine companion.
