The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Our "Elunderstübchen" is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the border of a landscape conservation area, but only a short distance from the village center of Voerder. We have furnished the small apartment with about 34 sqm in the annex of our house, where formerly the local head teacher had stable and hayloft for self-sufficiency. On the ground floor you will find a modernly furnished kitchen and in the former hayloft is today the living room and bedroom with many windows and open roof room.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Country - loft apartment + fireplace + garden + parking

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

We offer a new apartment on our horse farm in a rural, quiet area. The complete furnishings have just been purchased. The good highway connection on the edge of the Ruhr area in the beautiful Rotbachtal is definitely a plus. From our farm you can explore the area excellently. We are happy to rent the apartment on a weekly or monthly basis. Just ask. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the courtyard and the Rotbachtal.
