Our house is in the center of the town in Cumhuriyet Neighborhood. It is within walking distance to the food and beverage, shopping and all other venues in the center. You can also swim from the port within walking distance. Despite the central location of the house, it is a very quiet and peaceful street. There are two bedrooms and a sofa that can be a double bed. It can accommodate six people. Thanks to its inner garden that has no connection to the outside, it offers both a two-minute distance to all the facilities of the center and a quiet accommodation.

Our house is in the Greek neighborhood and has been newly renovated without disturbing its texture. There are two rooms on the upper floor of our two-storey duplex house. Our 1st room consists of two rooms with a connecting door, a double bed in the inner room and a sofa with a double bed in the entrance room. Our 2nd room has a double bed. Our rooms are air-conditioned and have a toilet and bathroom in the room. The kitchen is OPEN to use at the entrance, and we have a corner set that can be a table and a bed. The furniture and white goods in our house are new.

An electric heater is used in the house in the winter season. The garden is large and suitable for parking vehicles. It is close to the beaches. I am permanently spraying. The living area, that is, the front part of the house, is surrounded by mosquito nets and is protected as a comfortable breakfast, dining, and resting area. A portable tower fan is used in the house.
