Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

A sandy beach is featured, dotted with straw umbrellas and lounge chairs. The calm ocean reflects sunlight, creating a shimmering effect. In the distance, a rocky formation and a pier are visible, adding to the coastal scenery. Clear skies enhance the overall scene.

A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury.
