Ashley's place in Roscoe is a gem. More and more Airbnb's feel cheap and impersonal, run by large management companies and filled with junky Ikea furniture and kitchenware. Not the case here! Ashley's place is both pristine and uncluttered with quality appointments. It was great to have a kitchen that was actually stocked with good pans, appliances, etc. The whole home, which is charming from the outside, has been fully renovated with great fixtures and cabinets, etc. throughout. It's clean, airy and well thought out. The side patio is great, and the hot tub a super bonus. Bed and linens were top quality and comfy. For us, the location was great, too. It's easily findable off of a main (but not busy) road, and just a few minutes from downtown Roscoe where there's plenty of good food. Even for a traveler familiar with the area, Ashley had spot-on recommendations of where to go. We came to fish, and there are iconic drop-ins along the Beaverkill just minutes away.

We had a great time staying at Rickys place. Our goal was to fly fish locally so when the weather wasn't cooperating we utilized the home which had everything we needed and more. The stream that runs through the back adds a peaceful serene touch. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The home is thoughtfully designed and laid out. Look forward to staying here again.

We had a great stay at Reynan's house with my husband and 2.5 year old son. The house was in a super convenient location—close to Roscoe and near other charming towns like Livingston Manor (10 mins) and Callicoon (20 mins).The home itself was well-equipped with all the cooking supplies we needed, which made cooking easy and enjoyable after we stopped at the cute wine shops and markets in town. The working fireplace added a cozy touch and was great for relaxing in the evenings.Our host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were very communicative and accommodating, offering a flexible check-in time and responding quickly to any questions. When we had an issue with our car, they were incredibly responsive and helpful, which we truly appreciated. The local recommendations they provided were spot-on and added so much to our experience. This home offered everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable getaway.

I rented to celebrate my sister’s birthday with our families. The house it was perfect for our three couples and one teen teenager. It had everything you could think of for an amazing stay. We barbecued dinner, made s’mores around the fire pit and spend time on the lake. It was a great time and can’t wait to go back. Marzena was a great host!

I agree with all previous reviews - absolutely stunning property, one of the best I've rented. Peter is a very nice, responsive host; we asked for earlier check-in - "no problem"! I highly recommend this house, and most likely we will be back next year.
