Holiday rentals with breakfast in Tennessee River

The house with the yellow door was the perfect little getaway while we were in town to visit Mammoth Cave for a couple of days. Had everything we needed and the snacks were an unexpected, but much appreciated surprise! We would stay here again or recommend it to those looking to stay in the area.

This was probably our best airbnb experience. Everything was clean and in goos condition, instructions were clear, the amenities they had were perfect (we forgot the half and half but they had some!), and the farm fresh eggs and muffins were such a nice, thoughtful touch. We cancelled our RV last minute due to a back injury, and on our 7th day and 4th hotel, this was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Tiffany's place! The location was perfect, the space was clean and well-maintained, and Tiffany was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She has the coffee station fully stocked, little treats like popcorn, snack cakes and even ice pops in the freezer for the kids! The highlight for us was the hottub with the deck lighting. It was so nice and relaxing in this beautiful, country setting. Highly recommend!

The townhouse was in a great location to go downtown and to visit my family. The townhouse was warm, friendly and welcoming. The extra little treats that Cindy left were wonderful.

Very spacious house, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, nice grill on natural gas. 1 very big master bedroom with kingbed and TV, 1 extra bedroom with a queen bed and TV and an extra queen bed. Also TV in the living room. Very pet friendly. Gras in front and in the back. We felt immediately at home. Everything you need is available. Gail is a great host. Very responsive and ready to help and she gave recommendations for restaurants. Nice surroundings with a lot of hiking trails in the area. Franklin only 15 min away and Nashville only 25 min ! I can really recommend this house. We spend there 6 days and were very satisfied !!!

My friend and I had a great time there with our kids. It was so easy to get in and out and Heidie was so quick to respond. We arrived just a smidge early and she had no issues with us coming in. Perfect place for a little getaway or even a long stay. Will definitely consider it again when we’re in the area! Even had a cute park within walking distance that our kids loved and didn’t want to leave!

This location is a great deal for the money. it's not one of those grey homes, where everything is just blandly decorated. this house has history, you can tell by staying there. it's an older house that feels more like home. the chapel and outdoor surroundings are so gorgeous. there were plenty of clean towels, dishes to use, snacks and coffee. thank you for letting us stay.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay, lovely neighborhood and I felt right at home! Will be coming back ☺️

I wanted a quiet place to sleep away from the city life while I visited Nashville, and Charlotte’s Airbnb fit that perfectly! She was very friendly and open to communication as needed. The place was spotless and felt like home. She even included a map of Nashville with different activities to do, which was very helpful during our stay. I definitely want to come back the next time I visit the area!

This cute little downstairs apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip! It’s a great space for two people to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We spent our mornings on the porch swing drinking coffee and at night would head into town to eat at the recommended restaurants. The place was cute, homey, and had amazing views of the mountains!

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Absolute top knotch host, and stay. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The stocked kitchen is a huge bonus. The morning muffins were a big hit, especially for my kiddos. The host honestly thought of everything, and went above & beyond with SO many amazing extras!! You can definitely tell LOTS of love has been put into this home away from home. Very thoughtful, proactive, responsive, and considerate host. We had an exciting time with all the games she had lined up for her guests.

The bathroom and screened in porch are great and add so much to the space. The koi pond and backyard was such a treat.

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

I had an amazing experience staying at Lois’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Lois was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer great local tips. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful experience. Great house for 2 couples. Accommodations were very welcoming inside and out. we recommend this home and hope to book again for longer. Nice surprise touches.

Lori and her partner Luis were incredibly accommodating and kind during my stay with them. They have a lovely dog who I only met because I asked to meet her, otherwise you wouldn't know she's there. If you do meet her, she's a real treat. The space is beautiful and clean and Lori and Luis were very helpful when I checked in late and (accidentally) ordered dinner to arrive 15 minutes before I arrived home one night. I parked my car in their driveway with ease and got to downtown Nashville easily via Uber. As a solo female, it can be a little daunting to stay in a home with someone, but the vibes were immaculate from the moment I got in. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and beautiful; I highly recommend Lori and Luis (and doggy Gem) as hosts.

Beautiful property and we enjoyed the private suite. It was perfect for us but do note that the stairs could be steep for some folks. We completely disconnected with no tv, no laptops, and no phones. Just a couple books and the sounds of the animals outside. We rated everything 5 star but remember you are on a farm in the middle of the country. While they have WiFi onsite your GPS will be hit or miss in the area. We explored the waterfalls and hiking but had to use a map on occasion . Plan ahead! Expect a few bugs out in the country also. If you are sensitive to that I would bring bug spray. Fall creek Falls was incredible. It’s roughly 15 minutes away and if you are physically able to handle strenuous hiking the base of the falls was quite the experience. It’s pretty dicey navigating the jagged wet rocks. If you pass the Butter Dish restaurant in your travels be sure to stop in. It’s country cooking at its finest to include some incredible dessert options.

The space was exactly as listed. The rented space is the upstairs of the host’s residential home, but is separated from the main level so that it still feels private. Check-in was easy, and the host was quickly responsive to questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were a group of 7 and had enough space to sleep comfortably. The host provided snacks, filtered water, coffee, etc as well which was a nice touch. About a 15 minute drive to the airport, which was convenient. Overall, this was a pleasant stay at a great price!

Miss Maggie was very friendly and she made the best breakfast trays each morning, delivered right to our door! The place is fairly new and everything is clean and uncluttered. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The spacious property would be a great to have family come and visit. My husband even saw deer out in the yard early in the morning while we were there. This place is very peaceful and secluded so if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place.

This has to be one of the most beautiful places to stay in Red Bay. And with the nicely landscaped backyard with privacy fencing it was perfect for our two dogs to run around in. In fact, we just left the door which opens to their backyard open so the dogs could come and go as they wanted. They would chase each other, come in to get a drink, go out and lay in the grass then start all over. By the end of they day they had big doggy grins but couldn't keep their eyes open! Big comfy king-sized bed and full amenities including a washer and dryer. This place was perfect for a stay while our RV was being repaired.

We’re so glad we found Amanda’s cottage for our trip to the CMA Fest in Nashville. The location was perfect for going to Nissan Stadium. Everything inside and outside was perfect, Amanda was very responsive, and all the little extras were great. Would return in the future.
