My family had a wonderful stay. Scott was very quick to respond which was a wonderful surprise since we were planning our trip last minute. Transaction was quick and smooth. Check-in was quick and we were even able to check-in about 3 hours early. Our unit was beautiful and very clean. The only disadvantage was the fact that amenities had to be reserved ahead of time however, I've seen this a lot due to having to practice social distancing. We were still able to enjoy a great amount of time using the amenities. Location was great!! Condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely look to book with Scott on future trips!!!

The resort is full of great amenities and it's super close to great places to hike.

Everything was great-clean, modern, spacious. We could hear the brook from the deck and was very relaxing.

This was my second time booking with Valentina and both times were great. The condo was lovely - large and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Grocery store very close by meant I could actually prepare some meals in the kitchen. Was a little too cool to enjoy the balcony this time. Great stay.

The condo was extremely nice and clean, but just know that all amenities cost extra and they aren’t cheap at all. One example, it cost $32 to play tennis for 1 hour.

This place is a gem- so glad I stumbled upon this listing. The condo was spacious and the perfect amount of space for my family of 4. It is also so close to popular attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas. When we needed a more low-key day after one of major exploring, the pools and playground at the facility were perfect to keep us entertained. Truly a great spot to make some awesome family memories!

When you rent here, you will be renting a unit in a Wyndham Suite timeshare. We rented the 3 bedroom. It had 3 big bathrooms, a laundry room, and was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. (There is also a sofa bed.) We really enjoyed the space with our 4 kids 10-18. We had free use of the indoor waterpark, on-site gym facilities, and they told me how to use more than 4 devices on the free wifi without having to pay anything. You do have to pay wilderness at the smokies to use the amenities at the arcade (ropes course, etc). There are a million things to do around pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We fished, hiked, skied, ate, visited WonderWorks (so fun!), ate, shopped, etc. FYI you will be offered a timeshare presentation at check-in, with a door-hanger card, and via a phone call later. I was firm and politely declined it each time. (Been there, done that, no thanks). Overall it was a wonderful facility and we enjoyed it immensely!

The place was great! Good amenities. Everything was clean. The toilet in the master bedroom was messed up the first night. I called and it was fixed in a matter of a couple hours. The location was right near all of the attractions. I would gladly stay here again.
