Loft holiday rentals in Tennessee River

Perfect for our needs of a long weekend. Neighborhood was walkable. Restaurants were walkable. Enjoyed a meal at the Common Ground. Carolyn was very responsive and helpful. Everything was as described.

We were in town for a concert at The Basement East and this location was perfect. We had a 4 minute commute. It was also close to grocery stores, bars, restaurants and our favorite, breweries. We had a perfect stay and the bed was so comfortable. I loved having my coffee on the balcony, listening to the birds and saying hello to the host's kitties. Great little spot.

Place was perfect, exactly as described. Easy commute to downtown! Plenty of shopping and places to eat around the area! Will def be back!

The loft was great. Close to some great restaurants. It was the perfect distance between and away from the city. Met hosts. They are super friendly and sincerely cared about our comfort and enjoyment. We bought our own snacks but the thought of having them proved they had thought of everything. Definitely worth the price and will check it out again if I ever make it back to Nashville.

Second time here in Franklin at this beautiful loft. Perfect walking distance to everything downtown and clean and well stocked. Loved our time here and will be back!

This place was great! Greg was very nice and gave us some local recommendations for our time in Nashville. It was always a great start to our day to be greeted by their happy dog Della, who was a highlight of the trip. Next time we are in Nashville, we will definitely be staying here again!

Matt’s place looks just like it does in the pictures except the view is even more beautiful in person. Truly one of the highlights of the stay was going onto the balcony over looking the mountains each day. The condo is cozy and very well directed. All the amenities listed were great. Easily worth the price we payed to have a more private retreat each day after hiking and enjoying downtown Gatlinburg. Would highly recommend!

Perfect studio apartment for 1-2 people. Easy access to the apartment through the garage, which is open parking for the guest. The bathroom was very well-appointed with a great shower and fluffy towels and the bed was very comfy. The proximity to UNA cannot be beat. Very few accommodations in Florence will have you this close to campus. Katie was a great host and was very responsive. We already have future dates booked at this charming spot!

My stay was excellent! I had all the amenities I needed in a clean space. I needed to extend the reservation an extra day last minute, and Jamie's response time was very quick. Definitely recommend!

This loft is very comfy and cozy. We felt right at home. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The drive up the mountain has a lot of twists and turns, but if you take your time it’s fine. The location for getting to both the park and Gatlinburg is convenient. The whole complex was actually very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nicole was a great host and her place was fantastic! It was very clean and updated and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great and convenient place in Nashville!

This was our second time staying here - it’s a great apartment within walking distance to everything Knoxville. Great location, very responsive host, clean and just as described in listing. We love that we can bring our dog and lots of nearby restaurants are dog friendly as well.

I loved the location and the unit was actually so pretty and clean. I will say if you’re traveling for work and trying to get any kind of sleep this is probably not the place to stay lol. The neighbors were insanely noisy, and it seemed i could hear everything going on upstairs no matter the time of day. Aside from that, if im traveling for leisure next time i would stay again!

The condo was beautiful. Great decks - front and back. It had everything we needed for our quick overnight in Blue Ridge - I would recommend this condo.

We had a great stay here! The space was absolutely immaculate, and very well appointed. It is quite a bit larger than it appears on the photos. The bed is very comfortable and the air-conditioning is quiet and effective. Linda met us for check-in, even though we had a delayed flight and arrived after 2 AM. she gave us very clear instructions about the place. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful, full of very charming houses and bars and restaurants. It was about about a half hour walk to downtown, which was an enjoyable walk. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here!

Stunning, well-designed and beautiful space in a convenient location. Lovely apartment with beautiful design, furniture, lighting, and décor. You can tell the space with expertly designed and planned. Feels like a magazine set. Décor is modern, but feels very comfortable and homey. Includes full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Highly recommend a stay here. Be aware unit is on second floor and walkway/steps were a little slippery from wet leaves. It took us a few tries to get the key code to work, but we finally figured it out. Unit only had 1 roll of TP and paper towels, so maybe stock up before you arrive. There is a Publix and Kroger located within a short drive. Would stay here again.
