The apartment was great! The truth is everything is very close, we are 15 from the socket, very central and with pharmacies, meals and shopping malls nearby. Any support in the apartment was immediately attended to. We would definitely come back!!!

We loved the place, very quiet, the pool was a bit cold but with the quick heat you appreciate it. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and the area is perfect for going for a walk with our dogs.

The house is perfect, the garden and outdoor areas are beautiful. Our favorite part was the living and dining room in the Palapa, we spent a lot of time there while our furry friends enjoyed the garden. An important detail to highlight is that the property has a double fence which makes the place safer for pets. It has all the equipment and very special details to spend a pleasant stay (enough towels🙌, courtesy coffee, pillows, cushions, bedspreads, etc). The pool and Jacuzzi are at a perfect temperature. The only thing I can complain about is that we were there for only a few days. We will definitely book Casa Coati again. I also want to comment that Rodrigo is a very empathetic and kind host, supporting us at all times.

The house is very nice, just like the photos, everything is very clean. It has all the cookware. You sleep very comfortably, you don't hear any noise despite being on a small avenue. The pool is a good size for the house and very nice. Mr. Felipe is very formal. The taxi had a hard time finding the address, the street where it is located is narrow but it is in the center of Cuernavaca. Thanks to Ms. Marcela for her excellent attention and always being on top of everything, thank you very much. We plan to return.

Casa Gabriela is a wonderful haven of art and nature! It has several super interesting spaces to go with your family and spend incredible moments. The subdivision is a very safe place, you can go for a walk at any time and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Gabriela and the service staff were always on the lookout for any requests.

Very cozy and perfect for resting, the host is very attentive, you feel at home and there is a place a few meters ahead where you can find food with very good flavor, 100% recommended

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The space not only met everything advertised but even exceeded my expectations: the cleanliness was impeccable, everything was perfectly tidy and cared for, which conveyed a great feeling of comfort and tranquility. In addition, the place is equipped with modern technology that made my stay much easier, from the access to the use of the amenities within the accommodation. The location is excellent, very well connected to different points of interest, which made moving around the city very easy. I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨
