You can relax in the cottage with lots of light and the sun-drenched garden with the late evening sun. There are 2 terraces, one of which is on the water with a lovely lounge sofa. Water-rich Friesland at its best. In the heart of Friesland lies Terherne, on the Snekermeer. In the morning, breakfast on the terrace on the water. Then go to the Snekermeer by sloop or sailboat (Plenty for rent in the village). After a day of water fun, a BBQ and at home, casting out a fishing rod. The next day, discovering the Kameleon village or going out in Friesland is an option. This is just a selection of the many possibilities that our child-friendly place offers for a weekend, midweek vacation.

Upstairs a spacious room with king-size box spring and on the split level a complete kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher. With rental of an electric boat right outside the door!

Relax and unwind in our beautiful vacation home with views over the Jan Durkspolder. Enjoy the silence! With a private deck and completely unobstructed view, you have plenty of privacy! The cottage is modernly furnished and is equipped with luxury box spring beds, rain shower and excellent WiFi The surrounding area is great for cycling, hiking or boating. We have canoes and bicycles for rent. The cottage is located on a small-scale recreational site with 5 cottages and space for 10 campers.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Many nice sights are steps away: the harbor is around the corner, nice restaurants, beautiful villages, beautiful nature, cities, shops and culture.
