Monthly Rentals in Terra Cotta

Incredibly quiet, and extremely cozy. It was refreshing to have a nice little staycation! Definitely a bonus post finals. Extremely clean and they provided everything to pick up and maintain the cleanliness!

Communication was great. Response time was less than 15 mins. Also, the first day of check-in, contacted several times to make sure we were comfortable. Bedrooms were a good size. Pictures shown were accurate, other than patio area. It was surprisely large, as picture shown was smaller. No patio furniture but as we were visiting family, it was fine. Everything was clean. The couches could use a little more padding. Location for us, was great. We have family that live in Perris and it was only a 15 min drive. High school graduation at Diamond Storm was only a 15-20 min drive. That was the purpose of our trip. Everything stated, was accurate. We would stay there again. Great hosts.

The host was great! Detailed instructions with easy checkin process. The best part besides the view of Lake Elsinore is the comfortable bed! The first night, I slept pretty fast. It was quiet & isolated enough from the main road for that peaceful slumber! The house is on the smaller side, but it’s very cute & cozy. My pup loved the stairs & playing fetch. She also liked the big windows because she was able to stare outside without standing on her hind legs. She enjoyed the backyard chasing the gophers. The only negative thing (to me) is the amount of weeds in the surrounding area which means more bugs flying around than normal. It was cooler, so I lucked out.

I always enjoy staying with Hector. He is friendly, responsive, and a wonderful person. Highly Recommended!
