The Maria Cláudia loft is perfect for 4 people, as it has 2 bedrooms, no need for anyone to sleep in the living room. It has a super yard, with shade the afternoon, as it catches the sun in the morning, having a great solar orientation. The apartment was very well planned and has all the necessary utensils and appliances. Exactly as in the advertisement. Maria Cláudia was an excellent hostess, always serving us when we need it. The condominium we already knew and remains excellent as well. We'll be back for sure.

I rented the apartment in a critical situation in our state. I needed to get out of POA due to flooding throughout the state. Rosane was very understanding of the situation. It took more days to stay and she helped us and even made donations of clothes and water to bring to POA for the families who needed it. The apartment is great, it needed a quiet place and with internet to work! Location is great, all clean with all the necessary utensils. I want to return in a situation to enjoy the apartment and the beach. Thanks for everything!🙏

The stay was perfect. We went as a couple and it was all sensational, extremely spacious and comfortable house, very nice and private, barbecue area and pool were very well used. We love the place, close to the beach and the centrinho, we will definitely return!

Great family days on site Large house with great utensils. The air-conditioned rooms with excellent beds. The pool table was a separate attraction. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not warming, oq made it impossible to use in the best way. Condômino was excellent and with well taken care of

Our stay was wonderful! We travelled me, my husband and two children and the condominium had everything we needed to spend time with activities for the children. it has a wonderful little pig, thermal pool for the rainy days, artificial beach, plus a great restaurant. we don't need to leave the condominium for nothing! The house was impeccable, clean, organized, with all the utensils we needed! Another high point was the service and communication with Everton. A very dear, helpful, attentive host. We responded very quickly and was extremely helpful in everything we need. I highly recommend! Indico and we will be back for sure!
