Beachfront holiday rental in Tertenia

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Anna's house view really doesn't have to say, waking up every day to see the azure sea and the greenery in the yard in a very good mood.It's a shame that my son was hospitalized for the first few days of living here and couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna was so helpful with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw in this house for me may be that the two rooms mentioned in the description do not have a window, but it was also okay to have an air conditioner.It was nice to have a separate door in the kitchen, and for those who love to cook, the fumes can go straight out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, ideal for families with small dolls to take to the sea, which is not particularly busy but beautiful area.

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The flat was very nice—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for everything!

We spent 14 days in this wonderful apartment in a fantastic and quiet location, felt very comfortable, spent a great vacation. Alexandra, our contact person on site, was always available and extremely friendly. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The only drawback is the poor to non-existent WiFi and the poor mobile network coverage, which, however, turned out to be a positive, as it can sometimes be quite liberating to do without. All in all, we can fully recommend the accommodation and would book it again at any time.

It's hard to find the right words to describe the breathtaking atmosphere you experience in this incredible place. Every hour of the day offers different colors and sensations. The property is wonderful and well cared for in every respect: the garden is full of different plants and flowers, the sea view is unparalleled, the BBQ is exciting, the apartment is very clean, perfect and equipped with every comfort, it is like being at home... but in a beautiful and unique place. Peace is total, it is the exact place to be able to disconnect and enjoy a few days of total relaxation. The nearby beaches are all incredible and easily accessible. Do you have a dog? This accommodation is perfect for you! The main advantage, however, is another: Alessandra and Maurizio were two available, caring and kind hosts: it was a pleasure to meet them. We look forward to coming back!

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

What an amazing, amazing stay. The location, next to a gorgeous beach and just 10 min from Villasimius, is perfect. Great swimming pool and soccer pitch for the kids. Andrea is a perfect host -- always available, never intrusive -- and the home itself is gigantic, well appointed, and very, very unique and charming. Thank you, Andrea!! We will be back!!

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Beautiful house steps away from the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

Beautiful place: Entire floor of a very large house ideally located on the edge of the beach. Very well equipped, very functional for a group of friends I highly recommend it.

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! We spent 10 days in April/ May in this sweet little very lovingly furnished apartment with cozy terrace only 20 meters away from a fantastic beach. It is super equipped with everything you could need at the beach. I'm sure we'll be back.
