What an amazing stay at Villa Mavi! We enjoyed every moment of our time here. The hosts’ hospitality was truly exceptional — something we haven’t experienced anywhere else in the world. It actually felt like spending a vacation with family. We were a group of nine, and there was plenty of space for everyone without ever feeling crowded. The house and garden are both incredibly charming, well-maintained, and welcoming. The garden is thoughtfully equipped with something for all ages, including small children, and offers plenty of space and cozy sitting areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The area is peaceful and green, with the city of Cagliari just a 25-minute drive away. We would love to return and highly recommend Villa Mavi to anyone looking for a quiet, restorative getaway!

We had a fantastic stay! First and foremost, the house is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The place was perfect – the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was spot on, close to beautiful beaches and great hiking spots. Catia, who welcomed us, was amazing – super friendly, full of helpful tips, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks for having us!

A very beautiful house located close to nature and beaches. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Shop close by for everything you need. Stunning Foxi manna beach which we visited a lot of times. Antonio was a very welcoming host.

Incredibly friendly welcome by the host in the middle of the night! Our boat was delayed so we arrived much too late. The next morning, the beautiful view and the tranquility around the house immediately made up for our few sleeping hours! Everything is as described: beautiful terrace, blissful outdoor shower, well-functioning air conditioning, very neat rooms and bathrooms, ... everything you need for a blissful vacation. The house is also super located. 5 minutes along the stairs down is the cozy Vidha cafe with sublime coffee and Marina gio to eat in the evening. Definitely worth mentioning is also the panatteria next to Vidha. It's a bakery/grocer who super friendly color the beginning of your day... Thank you Maria Christina and Franco for everything! We enjoyed this holiday very much! Grazie mille!

We stayed here as two families with 6 kids total and used both apartments. The garden was perfect area for the kids to play and the terrazzo provided a perfect space to eat outside and relax. We liked having separate sleeping spaces for each family and a communal space for group meals and time together. The walk to the beach was easy and took about 10 minutes. There is a bar on the beach and a small market which has a decent selection of fresh food, prepared foods, and household supplies within walking distance. You will need to drive to restaurants and a larger supermarket.

We had a wonderful time with Vittorio and Giuseppina in one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia. Without being intrusive, they made us feel at home and as part of the family. Her house is wonderfully laid out, you have plenty of privacy, a huge covered terrace and the apartment is expediently equipped with everything. The outdoor showers are particularly convenient. The most beautiful thing about the accommodation is the view of the majestic mountains of Sardinia, which enchanted us when we woke up. And of course the wonderful garden with lovingly grown organic fruit and vegetables by Vittorio. It was such a gift that we were just allowed to serve ourselves from the garden. The place is fantastically beautiful to unwind. Just 5 minutes away you will find beautiful beaches. The evenings with Vittorio, Giuseppina and Renato, where they spoiled us and her feast Sergio and Alessandra with Sardinian specialties, we will never forget.

We spent 7 days as first guests at the newly renovated villa and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided salt, pepper, spices and dish washing tabs. The air conditioners are brand new and silent. The 5 double beds have quite hard mattresses, however still comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and stylish. The owner provided 2 sets of keys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs/ towels. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the dining area as well as from the bedrooms upstairs. The owners representative was very responsive and helpful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Internet was available but low speed. The rocky beach can be reached by 10 minutes walking and allows snorkeling. The sandy beach can be reached by car in 5min with free parking lots. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 min by car and a nice Italian restaurant is there as well. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend this villa.

My family, friends, and I stayed at Laura’s place for 9 nights, and it exceeded our expectations. We felt at home right after we arrived. The house is very well-equipped, with private parking, a huge garden, and multiple outdoor seating areas. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the beautiful beach of Costa Rei. The host was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations. I hope to return to this place in the future. Highly recommend!

Villa MAJU is a true diamond in the rough— a rare combination of beauty, charm, comfort and personality. Every aspect of the villa and our stay was considered and Julie was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that we may have needed help with. An ideal host and a stunning home with magical views of the ocean and the bucolic Sardinian countryside, only a few blocks away from a private local beach. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

A little gem away from the tourist crowds…. This is a lovely, rural house, tastefully renovated just a few km from the small village of Olia Speciosa. The ground floor offers a very well equipped kitchen & dining area, with a large, partly closed (top-to-down glass is easily removable and can be completely open in summer) terrace which offers a beautiful view over the garden. There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor and another one in an annexe (on the back of the house with a separate entry and it’s own on suite shower & toilet). All spaces are air conditioned, TV and high speed internet are also available as well as a large bbq in the garden. This is a wonderful place for people who enjoy staying a little away from the noise and tourist crowds yet close enough to the beach (there a plenty of nice beaches just 10km from the house). We loved the calmness and tranquility and our children enjoyed playing in the garden.

Booked the house for 12 days with 6 guests which worked out great 👍. Great connection/communication with the host. We all were very happy with the house and its features, would recommend 😁.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house from the very first moment. The location is simply stunning – right on the beach, with breathtaking views and the perfect atmosphere to truly relax and unwind. Manuel was a fantastic host: incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. Communication was always warm and easy – we felt very well taken care of. The house itself is thoughtfully designed and radiates a special sense of peace. It truly felt like a home away from home – set in a paradise-like environment. We rarely feel this comfortable and honestly didn’t want to leave. A wholehearted recommendation – we would love to come back!

Antonio was a great host and had a beautiful home. His service and hospitality went above all expectations. Would definitely stay here again if I were to ever visit Arbatax in the future. He even went out of his way to give us a ride home from the beach one day as well as sent us tons of great recommendations. AC worked wonderfully for anyone concerned about that feature.

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

We really liked our stay at this house. It is comfortable, clean and got everything you need. It is close to beautiful beaches and you got some nice hikes around. The compound is relaxing and charming. Germano is a great host.

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

We had a very nice week at Casa da Maurizio! The accommodation is really fantastic and very well maintained. He was always ready to help us with any questions and had great tips for the surrounding area! Communication was always fast and very friendly. We'd love to come back!

The villa was beautiful and very spacious, the photos don’t do it justice, everything is very clean and well maintained including the pool. Great superking bed! Hosts were very friendly despite the language barrier, they even brought us some home made wine one evening when we were enjoying our dinner on the terrace which was excellent. The wifi is poor so if you are relying on internet/ working from home you will struggle, we had very little signal. Wouldn’t recommend if you are scared/ nervous of dogs, there are 4 chihuahuas, one is very friendly- they didn’t bother us as we are dog lovers but if you’re not a dog lover it’s best to be prepared. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall a lovely villa. Large lounge area and sheltered outdoor seating area with a beautiful view towards the sea. Huge swimming pool and a large secure garden. Beautiful and well equipt barbeque area. Could not find cushions for the plastic loungers and a sun shade.The stay at the villa could benefit from Wifi.
