Holiday rentals with beach access in Teruel

The accommodation is suitable for large groups of about five people, as they have several rooms and single beds. They took care of us very well at all times and were very kind.

We had a very pleasant weekend. Communication with Ruth was very smooth, resolving our doubts with great kindness. The girl who greeted us and saw us off was also very attentive and cordial. The location is fantastic, right next to the beach, and the apartment was very clean and well equipped, with all the necessary appliances (large and small). The bath towels were huge and very comfortable, and the garage under the building was a great plus. In addition, the comfort of having a terrace from which to contemplate the sea made the stay even better. As a point to improve, we would mention the mattresses, which could be more comfortable. In general, a highly recommended stay and excellent service. Thank you for everything Ruth!

We felt very comfortable, the apartment was central, clean and cozy. The area was very quiet and rested well, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. We were greeted by Lucia, she was charming and attentive. Totally recommended!

A good apartment with an ocean view on the beachfront. The area is far from downtown Benicassim, but the beach is very good with a wide promenade and bike path. Ideal north-facing orientation to avoid heat in summer. The building is old but everything inside is in good condition. It had everything, just missing an ironing board. The double bed is 1.30. The only catch is that there is construction in front, and they didn't warn us, although being an 8th floor, the truth is we didn't notice it too much. To go to the supermarket and downtown you have to take the car, although it has a store next door with all the essentials.

We loved Benicassim and we loved the apartment. We will be back!

My partner and I have spent a very pleasant few days in Elisa's apartment, the location is very good right next to the beach promenade and the residential complex is very quiet. The apartment is ideal to spend a day and relax, small but well-equipped and very cozy, Elisa has been a 10-star host, making sure that everything goes well at all times, we will repeat!

Beautiful apartment with balcony, spacious bathroom, lovingly furnished, without unnecessary frills. Quiet and sunny location (January), just a few steps away from the very nice beach. Perfect for us. Lisa is very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the Spanish cleaning company did not do its job satisfactorily. Still, the apartment is highly recommended. We had an incredible stay at this property! The location is fantastic, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short walk away. The house itself is amazing, featuring a lovely swimming pool that our kids absolutely adored. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. We just had a dreamy week with the family in Carlos and Cristina's beautiful home! We liked everything: first of all the very protected and privileged place of the Playetas, the quiet and residential area a few minutes from the beach, the lovely garden neat by professionals, the very nice decoration and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the comfort of modern bedding and bathrooms and the large terrace ideal for aperitifs, dinners and lively games! When we left, we were lucky enough to meet our hosts, absolutely charming, warm and welcoming people, whom we thank and highly recommend.

A super nice place in a quiet area. Wonderful swimming pool and many sports facilities. Close to the sea and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed the mega terrace!

The apartment is great, true to the description. Everything is very clean and with everything you need. Good area, nice facilities and with services nearby. And the best thing is the treatment of Junior, super friendly and always attentive to us, very attentive and thoughtful. I definitely recommend it and would repeat the stay.

If you search for a definition of an ideal location, this is it. Directly on the beautiful beach, between a lot of restaurants, bars and shops with a wonderful view - top! It also means that this place lives to the late nights so you need to accept some level of noise(but nothing too disturbing, we were there with 2 kids under 5). The flat consists of 2 floors which divides sleeping part from the living part which is perfect although the steps are a bit steep and toilet only on the bottom floor. Anyway - Concha beach+this apartment=definitely perfect combination!

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. The location is excellent for going to the beach and the village as well as the proximity of several supermarkets. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.
