Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Téteghem-Coudekerque-Village

We had a great stay. Everything was present and even with small children (2y & 1y). Lena even installed a gate on the stairs for the kids their safety! Nature & tranquility, nice walks.

Very nice cottage, tastefully decorated. The services are top-notch 👌 Very responsive host with clear explanations. The accommodation is perfect for a romantic and relaxing time. Very quiet. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Sauna, spa bath, accessories available if you want to spice up your stay 😉 bed made on arrival and really comfortable, towels available .... Thank you for the bottle of sparkling wine 😉 Clean accommodation, 👍 nothing to say! Good value for the money. I would highly recommend it!

Excellent weekend! The accommodation is great, well located with all the amenities nearby. The best part: possibility of arriving late in the evening, very convenient when you come from far away. Samuel is very responsive when we have questions.

We had a fantastic time! I booked the house for a short vacation with my family. As a big group of 10 and a few children the house and large garden where great! Plenty of space to play and be together. The host was very kind and helpful. Would definitely visit again!

I love the stay at the vacation house

Very good stay at Noël's, with a warm welcome. The place and the house correspond perfectly to the description, both peaceful and beautifully maintained, with the possibility of beautiful walks with our dog. Our stay was short but we were able to visit the surroundings and the Audomarois marshes. We plan to return and share this little getaway with those around us.

3rd stay in Mieke's apartment and the spacious apartment has 2 beautiful terraces and a perfect location directly on the sea.

Well-maintained, modernly furnished and clean apartment. Super located, 50 m from the shops, both for shopping and nutrition, nice and good resto nearby, 100 m from the beach and public (paying but very reasonable in price, e.g. multi-day card available) parking spaces nearby. Perfect for a weekend blowing out a sea and certainly repeatable. Contact with host was excellent, sent proactive messages, responded quickly to questions and was smooth with the arrival time, which was nice for us. Being able to put luggage inside, some items in the fridge and the weekend could start. Thank you Florentine!

Very special loft in Nieuwpoort Stad, centrally located, yet quiet. The space of the premises is generous and optimally used. The interior and exterior have an individual touch. It makes you think, yes, I would like to live here too. However, a steep narrow staircase to the living and outdoor area and another staircase without an outside railing to the sleeping area above. No problem for my 4-year-old grandson, but not suitable for older, disabled people. We got along very well.

Great communication for questions, quick help by message and by phone and very nice apartment! If I could, I would have stayed a few more days. The city center is a 15-minute walk, supermarkets as well and the golf course can be reached for a maximum of 5 minutes and there are enough free parking spaces available, which can be used for €1.10 24 hours! All in all very satisfied! Thank you Bart and Céline!

Francesca's apartment is beautiful. It is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The view brings an instant holiday and rest feeling. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Slept well and had lovely soft towels. The location is great, large Delhaize around the corner and also a tram stop nearby. We did everything on foot to and from the center of Ostend and that was certainly a feasible card. Communication with Francesca was great, good explanation, quick responses and very friendly. We'd love to come back.

We had a lovely weekend in Wendy‘s place. Dealing with her was really easy as she was very helpful. The place was beautiful. We loved the fantastic sea and sunset view. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice and spacious villa, tastefully decorated, spacious rooms, large kitchen with lots of amenities, nice garden, toys for the kids, private parking, bikes can be in the garage, very quiet location and yet within walking distance of the beach and shops, good and fast communication with Marc ... in short definitely recommended!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Ypres. The location is so central you may as well have booked the Cloth Hall and the actual property itself is breathtaking. It is also extremely secure and private so we had no worries about the security of our motorcycles. The property was immaculate on arrival with everything clearly explained and demonstrated before we settled in. Finally the hosts, Carmen and Francis were fantastic. Extremely responsive and very very friendly, even helping us with language difficulties when trying to fix one of the parties bikes. All in all, if you’re lucky enough to find this place available then don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed.

If I could give a sixth star, I would. We enjoyed a perfect and very comfortable stay!

Our group of 11 people had a very nice time! The house is really very nice and very close to the beach, in the middle of the dunes. Brigitte is very courteous and has always responded quickly to our messages.

Super nice house, you immediately feel at home and can enjoy the time. Clément and Tiffani help unobtrusively and quickly, are proactive and make the time unforgettable with certain extras.

We were guests with three families (6 adults and 5 children) in Bart's house. The planning and check-in went smoothly, bed linen could be booked spontaneously. Our stay was great - the kitchen was well equipped, everyone had enough space, it was clean. The highlight for the children was a furnished playroom and the fenced garden. The beach was easy to reach on foot. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we damaged a table during the stay, but Bart also arranged that directly and easily. We had a really nice time and can recommend it for larger families/groups from the heart. Thank you!

Stephan is a welcoming and flexible host. He thinks along, arranges and organizes where necessary and no question was too much! The reception was warm and with good explanation. We felt very much at home in the house where nothing was missing, there was more than we could have imagined. We had a lot of fun with the hot tub and the pool table and the extensive kitchen. The beds slept wonderfully and were made up with fresh smelling linens. Top! For our friends weekend, the ideal base in an environment where sporting and cultural activities are available for picking up.

Very good stay. There were 13 of us. The host is very welcoming and friendly. Special mention for the fireplace on when we arrived! The accommodation is really nice, plenty of room, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of board games. Recommended! We'll be back again.
