Es erwartet sie eine individuell eingerichtete Wohnung. Sie bietet ein Wohnzimmer mit einer komfortabelen Schlafcouch und einer Küchenzeile, Schlafzimmer mit einer zusätzlichen Schlafcouch und ein Bad. Die Terasse läd ein zum Sonnenbaden und gemütlichem Beisammensein. Der Teterower See mit seinem großen Naturschutzgebiet und der kleine "Runde See" sind zu Fuß in 5 Min. zu erreichen. Die Ostsee liegt 45 min, Waren an der Müritz 35 min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Peene House

Peene Hus: Our new project in Klein Köthel is now completely renovated. The cottage is situated on a large meadow very close to the Köthel stream, also called the small Peene. The old barn of the kate has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living area. In the living room there is a large table, a cosy sofa next to the fireplace and direct access to the terrace and the garden.

"Yellow Salon" in the post-socialist manor house 2-4

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.

Bikegarage and pingpong table! We have a very friendly dog, Karla. She is used to guests and most likely will welcome you when you arrive!!
