Apartment holiday rentals in Tetuán

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

We had good instructions when we arrived at the appartment. So we could get in without having to disturb anyone to come and open the door for us. When we arrived, everything was very clean. The apartment is very spacious and you can have your privacy when you are there with more people. the host is very attending, asking if everything was fine and when you need anything else, you can always reach out to the host. A recommending apartment.

Carlos was proactive from the get go. The apartment very clean and the location was excellent, very close to the Castellana, with good access to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed are stay at Carlos’ property and he was extremely responsive. We highly recommend his place.

The house is right at the subway entrance, making it relatively easy to get around.Same as the photos, clean and tidy, and the host responds very promptly❤️

Esperanza was very kind and attentive to my needs. The apartment was small, but it had everything you needed, as she herself says. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for getting around Madrid, and at the same time very quiet, there were no noises at night and you could rest perfectly. There are supermarkets and other shops a few meters away, so any need can be easily met. An excellent price for the location and the service received!

I’d give more stars if I could! We were super happy with all things related to our stay! The location was easy access to trains and neighborhood restaurants were close by. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed or wanted, including a beautiful terrace to watch the sunset! Maria was kind to offer suggestions and recommendations for our short stay in Madrid and was extremely responsive with any questions! Highly recommend and we’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful appartment with amazing terrace in the sunshine which would be so much more expensive if any closer into Madrid. It was perfect for visiting Bernebeu and 20 mins into centre by metro or taxi. Nice quiet bars in local area and good pastry shop below and supermarket nearby. Brilliant host and would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

I really liked the place. I was in an excellent location, ideal for getting around Madrid. Best of all, the metro station was right next door, which made transportation very easy. The apartment was quiet, cozy and perfect for spending a few days in the city. Definitely a very nice stay.

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

Rafael was a real landlord. Always friendly in communications that they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point of the city. Clean and tidy.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in the semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.
