Disfruta de la comodidad y el estilo en nuestro amplio y moderno apartamento, recién reformado y completamente equipado. Este espacio es perfecto tanto para aquellos que buscan relajarse y disfrutar de unas vacaciones como para quienes necesitan un lugar cómodo para teletrabajar. El apartamento tiene una cama de matrimonio para dos personas y dos literas con dos camas individuales para otras cuatro personas. (IMPORTANTE antes de reservar, revisar las posibles configuraciones de camas). La cocina está perfectamente equipada, con batidora, cafetera, tostadora o exprimidora para zumos. El apartamento tiene una conexión a internet por fibra óptica de hasta 1GB simétrico de subida/bajada. La TV tiene Netflix para que podáis descansar disfrutando de una película tanto los más grandes como los más pequeños. Disfruta de todas las comodidades, en un apartamento diseñado para pasar unos días estupendos en Madrid. Si viajas en coche disponemos de una plaza de garaje privada que puedes reservar durante tu estancia. Se sitúa en la misma calle del apartamento y el coste es de 25€/día. Aparca tu coche en el parking privado del alojamiento y disfruta de la ciudad usando su transporte público o a pie. Estudio de unos 40 metros cuadrados con habitación doble independiente, baño independiente y salón comedor. Todas las estancias con mucha luz y ventilación, con calefacción y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. En el salón hay un sofá cama doble muy cómodo. Cocina totalmente equipada para hacer vida normal. El estilo de la decoración y la iluminación le dan al espacio una calidez especial, rematada por el piso de tarima. En las fotos se aprecian unas macetas con plantas desde el salón. No es un balcón ni una terraza. La puerta que accede al espacio de las plantas debe permanecer cerrada por seguridad (ver la descripción de servicios comunes para consultar instrucciones sobre el uso del garaje). Apartamento especialmente agradable para familias, parejas o bien personas que visiten la ciudad por motivo de negocio. Son bienvenidas las personas y las familias de cualquier origen y condición. The living room shares space with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with vitro, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. In addition, there you will find the sofa-bed and the dining table. You will be able to watch TV nearby. The room is naturally illuminated thanks to its large windows, distributed throughout the apartment. My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
