Very well connected by public transport, just one minute walk to the closest metro station, direct commute to downtown and major entertainment venues in just 15 minutes. Access to the apartment is at street level, with self-check-in. Located in a quiet street, but with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. It accommodates a maximum of 2 people, making it perfect for couples & remote work.

Lo más importante es el ruido por los vecinos. No permito fiestas ni botellones. Limpieza perfecta incluida. Mucha luz, barrio tranquilo, metro enfrente ,te encantará. Especial para parejas o gente que se examine de examenes, no hay ruido ninguno. Caben 3 personas Wifii. Superequipado. Para aparcar, hay zona verde y azul de pago, alquilo parking por un precio módico, siempre y cuando no lo necesite yo. Ojo, reservo fin de semana completo. Hay supermercados cerca, bares, parque, etc.

My apartment is perfect for a couple. It has: Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen, washing machine, heating, and air conditioning. The building has a concierge and elevator. Located on one of the city's most important streets, surrounded by all kinds of shops and restaurants, with the Metro (Line 1 direct to the center) at the doorstep, and just a 6-minute walk from the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.
