Die bunte Stadt Wernigerode mit ihren kulturellen und kulinarischen Angeboten und den schönen Fachwerkhäusern ist fußläufig (ca. 10 bis 15min) zu erreichen. Unser Ferienhaus wurde im Sommer 2025 fertiggestellt und bietet jeglichen Komfort (2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Fußbodenheizung, Kamin, offene Küche/Essbereich).

Dich empfängt ein großzügiger Wohn- Essbereich mit Gäste-WC und im Obergeschoss 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad mit großem Duschbereich. Die offene Gestaltung und die Liebe zum Detail sorgen für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Ideal für Familien oder Paare, die eine Auszeit im Harz genießen möchten. Das weite Panorama auf die Harzer Berge lässt dich schnell in den Urlaubsmodus kommen.

The 40 sqm WILD&COZY apartment is a modern, new apartment in the WILD&COZY vacation home with an open floor plan and the latest furnishings in a quiet location. A very warm ambience was created with a lot of love for detail. A special feature is the private parking right in front of the private entrance and the large private terrace. Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

Paare, Freunde und kleine Familien finden hier eine stilvolle Unterkunft in Zentrumsnähe. Neben der geschmackvollen, modernen Einrichtung überzeugt das Ferienhaus durch seine Ausstattung. We, Yvonne & Stefan, offer you our centrally located, luxuriously equipped small "oasis of well-being" for up to four people to relax and more. Immediately after leaving the house, you are on the historic market square of the World Heritage city and can explore the city and its surroundings on foot or by bike. In the immediate vicinity there is a free lockable parking space as well as all public transport. The beautiful Harz Mountains are looking forward to seeing you!

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. "Waldbungalow Fuchs und Elster" (Fox and Elster Forest Bungalow) was exactly what drew me out of the big city back to the province and still exerts a magical attraction on me. On short notice, I reconstructed this once dilapidated bungalow into a gem for nature lovers.
