Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay, kids loved the swimming pool. Facilities fantastic and an extremely comfortable stay for all.

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

We stayed here to celebrate my Dad’s 70th birthday as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful, it’s very clean and the interior suits the surroundings perfectly. The view of the water is stunning and so lovely to look at first thing in the morning! I would highly recommend. There’s also lots to do on site which is real bonus. We walked to the local pub, the Bakers Arms which we’d highly recommend for a short but pleasant walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Booked for a 50th birthday celebration and reunion. A great time was had by all! Lois was around to meet and greet and the items provided for breakfast was an unexpected but very welcome surprise! Thanks for a great stay Lois!

We recently stayed here for my father-in-laws 60th birthday celebrations and had a lovely time. So much to do around the park and a lovely local area with lots of nice pubs to eat at. We ate at the old George inn one night and the food was lovely. We also had lunch at Balihoo during our stay and the food was so nice! The lodge was clean and spacious and felt like a home from home. Neil was very helpful and Jan was always responsive to my messages. My niece left her iPad at the lodge and Jan was very quick to let us know! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

This was everything we needed and more, there is a range of sports equipment, toys and books for the kids and travel cots, all sorts of thoughtful items. An abundance of under explained helpful additions that make it a very well thought out accommodation and place to stay. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Had a wonderful stay, the barn is amazing and was the perfect backdrop for our week away! Amazingly clean and comfortable and the beds were super comfy. Sonia and Adam were warm, friendly and welcoming 😊

We were visiting family 20 mins away so this was a great base. This house was perfect. We were 4 adults and a child. Perfect space. East to find. EV charger was a book. It Was so incredibly clean. Like a home from home. We are likely to stay again.

What a beautiful and comfortable property -a real home from home ❤️ Everything was set up so perfectly and everything we could have needed was there and waiting for us, with added little extras which were much appreciated. Absolutely beautiful cottage impeccably furnished with lots of thought. Bring a 425 years old cottage means it’s small, but also so intimate and romantic. Really happy with our stay (even if I bumped my head about 100 times much to my kids delight 😂)

The area was safe and quiet but it was very easy to access the surrounding areas. We would 100% stay again. The place was clean, well equipped and everything was set out easily when we arrived. An Absolute Gem - The Perfect Birthday Getaway! We had the most wonderful time celebrating my birthday weekend here with friends. The property is truly breathtaking - from the stunning gardens to the beautifully decorated rooms, every detail exceeded our expectations. The spacious layout, the charming and secluded annexe, and the overall atmosphere made for a perfect retreat. We only wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the gardens even more! Regardless, it was an unforgettable stay, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious escape.

Absolutely charming and immaculate cottage, well located a stones throw from the churchyard, pub and coffee shop. Amenities were perfect in the cottage and full of thoughtful touches. Would definitely stay again

The cottage is beautiful with a gorgeous, safe and private garden which is very relaxing. Unfortunately we were only there overnight on our way to Cornwall as we would happily have stayed longer. My husband isn't familiar with the area so that is a perfect excuse to return.

We had a wonderful family stay in May. There were 5 adults and 1 baby in our party and the house was more than spacious, comfortable and equipped for us. We were given clear instructions on how to get to the house, found it very clean upon arrival and Marian (and her son) were so lovely, accommodating and very responsive. The house is situated in a quiet and beautiful setting which is very relaxing. There isn’t a huge amount to do locally apart from some beautiful walks and pubs, but it is just a short drive to Pershore, Broadway and other small towns. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Karen’s place was perfect for our family get away. It had all the amenities to support a family member with MS and great local carer options. Judith was wonderful. There is a lovely little farm shop close by and we had easy access by car to beautiful surroundings :)

I can't rate this cottage high enough. The surroundings are breathtaking and the cottage itself is beautiful. with everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing, restorative break. Alastair was very responsive and there were clear instructions on how to find the property. I've already booked a return visit in the autumn!
