Monthly Rentals in Texas Township

We were highly satisfied with our stay. Everything was very clean and all the personnel touches were a nice surprise. We will definitely stay again when we find ourselves in the area!

We came down to kzoo for a concert and Kevin’s place was a perfect landing spot for before and after the show. It was comfortable and quiet and tucked back in a cute neighborhood. It felt very peaceful and welcoming. It was clean and had all the things we needed for a one night stay, and would have been a great place to hang for more time if we were staying longer. Thank you Kevin for a great place to stay!

Cozy and extremely easy to walk to K college, Vine Neighborhood, downtown, etc

This was a great place to lay our heads after a forging class nearby. The place is great, and the hosts even better! If you need somewhere cozy to stop in Kalamazoo, choose the cozy cottage!
