Monthly Rentals in Tha Pradu

It was a great place to stay in here in Rayong. The owner was really kind and even gave us 24 pcs of water for free. The place is also accessible. There are nearby shops. Walk in distance to the supermarket just about 400meters. It was a great experience!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months. We had a great time there. Specially we really like spending time on beautiful rooftop. Also we enjoyed pool in the afternoon. ※In the afternoon, the pool is in the shade so you can enjoy it without worrying about getting sunburned. We didn't have any problems during our stay. They cleaned the AC filter before our stay. AC is really working well. They installed new washing machine. ※No need to go to the laundromat, you can wash your clothes at home. Also there is a vacuum cleaner, bloom and mop. You can keep the room clean on your own. Internet speed is high. You can work from home without any Internet problems.

The place is very spacious , cosy decoration and very clean . Is maybe a bit far from the beach , but very ok to take a grab for 10min to reach a quiet beach and restaurants . Kannaphat is a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly . I will return when going back to Rayong .
