Beachfront holiday rental in Thai Mueang District

Had a great stay at Mark’s place. Beautiful house, 5 minutes walk to the beach and many local restaurants around. Mark was very responsive and check-in/check-out was easy.

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

Pros: 1 - in about 3 minutes walking you are at the Naithon beach 2 - if you are searching for a quite beach, that’s your place. Naithon beach is not crowded, it is clean and too beautiful. 3 - Cozy apartment, located in a quite area 4 - Apartment has its own internet connection which is stable and good speed. 5 - Near the airport Cons: 1 - we missed a stove at the kitchen 2 - if you are searching for parties or night life, that’s not your place at all. Commerce around Naithon beach closes before 10 PM and a taxi to Phuket city is costly (around 1000 Bath). 3 - if you are vegetarian (like my wife) there are few options nearby. Overall: if you are searching for a quite place to relax, very near to beautiful, clean and green beach, not far from airport and you are not planning to cook much at the apartment, don’t waste your time, book it!

Very polite, easy check in/out, comfortable bed. Great for the last night for the trip home. I can't say anything about the other stay, how arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning.

Very close to the south of Nai Thon beach (2 min walk). No real seaview as you just see a jungly part at the back of the businesses on the road across from the beach. The security guard was nice and the studio apartment was spacious and sufficient. The end of the bed frame is sharp though and easy to cut your leg on in the dark. Overall a comfortable place, no good view but the location was very solid.

Very eco friendly

This Airbnb is a good value place in a lovely location. The interior is simple, but everything necessary was provided. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Jiraporn provided a range of welcome snacks which was really helpful. The local area is residential, we enjoyed being within the community. There are lots of local shops and a small market within a short walk. The beach is lovely and very quiet, a short walk away. There aren’t many local restaurants but the ones we went to were good. The deck area of the house is a real highlight and we enjoyed watching the wildlife. A perfect place if you want to be fairly quiet and away from really touristy area.

My stay was a short trip - the hotel offered breakfast and was a 5 minute walk from the beach. Strongly recommend to anyone who appreciates the island vibe 😁

The unit was amazing! I can't speak highly enough of how impressive it was. We were less than 50m from the ocean. The entire complex was beautifully set out with swimming pools the length of the complex. The unit had two master bedrooms as well as a third separate bathroom. Vevee also had every imaginable accessory for the guests included in the unit. There is also a regular shuttle from reception to the local shops (Turtle Village) which had everything you would want. We will definitely go back again.

I always stay with Irina when I’m in Thailand because I know I’ll receive excellent service and she’s always available if I have any questions. I highly recommend this apartment – not only because I love this particular building, but also because of its location. It’s situated at the far end of the complex, where there’s a cozy, secluded pool perfect for quiet sunbathing. The complex is secure, with 24/7 security, and just 500 meters from Naiyang Beach, which is lined with restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. There are also lovely cafés within the complex where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning. I strongly recommend Irina as a host – she’s one of the few who doesn’t even charge for electricity, which is rare. But please be mindful and turn off the air conditioning and other electronics when you’re not at home.

We finally had the opportunity to stay at Lyn’s. We’ve been here for several years but never an opportunity to stay as it’s rarely available. Lyn’s place is perfect for small families. Spacious, free of clutter, clean & as described. The complex was quiet due to the low season hence pricing was value for money. What we loved most was the small functional touches at Lyn’s that made a lot of difference such as umbrella, table cloths, laundry baskets, laundry detergents, kitchen paper towels and mid stay cleaning service. I’d definitely recommend Lyn’s if you’re looking at staying in Mai Khao. Just know that unless you’re staying in somewhere like Patong where it’s walkable; a rented vehicle will help in terms of mobility.

Wonderful loft room with swimming pool access

We stayed in the apartment with my husband and a 4-year-old child for 10 days. We really liked the apartment, bright, sunny, modern, and most importantly fully equipped with everything you need for life (capsule coffee machine, washing machine, powerful hairdryer, full set of kitchen utensils). It should be noted that the apartment is small, the three of us were a little cramped, but the main thing is that the sofa unfolds. I really liked the complex itself, swimming pools, a slide, a lot of greenery, within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to the beach. Among the disadvantages is the lack of included cleaning, it is possible for an additional fee, but it is quite high. The bedding and towels were changed for free in the middle of the stay)

Zhanna's house is near the airport - and you can definitely hear plain sounds - but it's didn't bother us that much. Pool is not heated so it felt a bit cold once the sun was gone, but I prefer high temperatures. All in all, the home is lovely and even better than the photos.

I can definitely recommend this place. The Bungalow looks exactly like on the pictures and the view is absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and the bed was very cozy. The host also provided beach towels which was great. The location was perfect – just a short walk down some stairs straight to the gorgeous beach (could be a bit tiring for elderly people). There were some restaurants and bars at the beach, all in walking distance. We highly recommend Andalay Bar – Lovely owners and amazing food at a good price! We rented a scooter for the duration of our visit and I'd definitely recommend to do so if you want easy access to the nearby town. Otherwise you'll need a taxi or be prepared to walk quite a bit. The host team was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be visiting again sometime :)

This was a very pleasant and spacious little house. It is near everything you are looking for in a beach community. I particularly enjoyed the spectacular sunsets and walking to the other end of the beach road and bicycling to town.

Absolutely GORGEOUS water front villa. My husband and I traveled to Thailand for our honeymoon, and this villa did not disappoint. It is on the side of a mountain so you truly have that private experience surrounded by nature, trees, and a gorgeous ocean view. The bed was also extremely comfortable. There were amazing parks nearby with hiking trails and waterfalls! My husband and I most definitely recommend Valhia!!

Amazing stay! The villa has incredible view overlooking the ocean and the beach from atop a hill. The room was beautifully decorated and practical. Big balcony with two sun bed. There are a full set of coffee kit and beans for you to drip your own coffee every morning. There are two foldable chairs and a mat that you can carry down to the beach to hang out. When all is quiet you can hear the gentle soothing sound of the wave on the shore. The host is always responsive and very helpful. Overall a great stay 👍👍👍 You can walk down to the beach in 5 mins and get food and drinks from a few cafe and restaurant nearby but the place itself isn’t in city center. This will work perfectly if you have your own car to drive around or don’t mind getting taxi because the town itself is bit of a long walk. The parking and road crossing isn’t for the faint of heart. But it was worth it. For the beautiful stay.
