Great place. I've stayed here twice. The condo's proximity to a good gym, EmSphere mall, and the BTS make it extremely convenient.

Квартира большая и современная. Виды из окон классные. В цену входит доступ в бассейн. Маленькая кровать в гостиной немного продавленная, спать не очень удобно. Зато в спальне кроватт прекрасная. Кухня полностью оборудована.

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. Schönes und toll gelegenes 1-Zimmer Apartment mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Check-in und Check-out waren sehr einfach. Es gab vorab eine tolle Beschreibung wie man das Apartment findet, wo man parken kann und wie man an den Schlüssel kommt. Die Kommunikation war stets einwandfrei und Anfragen würden äußerst schnell beantwortet. Meine Freundin und ich können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Sergey was always responsive, we checked in early and checked out late and he made it all happen. Apartment is well equipped with a bit touch up needed, in quiet area with big pool.

The location of the building cannot be beat. The area is quiet with many great restaurants and grocery shopping just a short walk away. The BTS at Saphan Taksin is easily accessible via a short walk to the free ferry across the river. Iconsiam is about a 15 minute walk away. The spacious studio is bigger than many one bedroom apartments, has a large eat in kitchen and was impeccably cleaned every week. We totally enjoyed everything about our stay here but the one the thing we loved best was the fabulous view of the Chao Phraya river. Thank you Mr. Nath!!

Erika's place is gorgeous. Designed beautifuly and thought out to every small detail. It was clean when we arrived , well equiped and fulfilled all our needs of an apartment in Koh Samui. Erika was responsive, available and friendly whenever we reached out. One small downside is that Garb, bolt and deliveries are not allowed to enter the complex, so it means you need to walk out 3-4 minute to the entrance if you order anything or arrive and leave with all suitcases. We really enjoyed and will definitely return, warmly recommend to all!

The hosts are very approachable and always helpful and very understanding. The flat is clean and offers a great view over the city. The pool and rooftop gym are very clean and offer enough space. Next time I am in chiang mai I will try to book here again!

One fine place was perfect for my month long stay. Everything was as advertised by host and her response to communication was always so prompt. The Condo is adjacent to two beautiful night markets making evening meals so accessible. Short walk to catch the songtheaw on Phet Kasem Road, 3 convenience stores conveniently located within 100 m radius. Short walk to the beach if that’s your thing. Would highly recommend one fine place and would certainly stay here again.

Marina en Vivi waren super aardig en behulpzaam. De accomodatie was erg goed, schoon, en met veel voorzieningen. De locatie is prima; een paar minuten van het strand en 10 minuutjes van de walking street. Goede tips en hulp van beide hosts!

This is the second year in a row I have stayed at both of Ohm & Walter's apartments. They both have great views and are very well equipped. It's a great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance and easy to get to all the attractions in Chiang Mai. They are the best hosts and went above and beyond to to provide everything I needed and make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely stay at their apartments again.

clean, modern, with everything you need and the host was very friendly. I really liked having the proper desk where I could work remotely from, washing machine on the balcony, big fridge and very good bed and bathroom! the pool was really nice and refreshing. I used it 4-5 times and it was always empty. 7-11 downstairs. MRT 50 meters away. tao poon Market 200 meters away, a nice mall with plenty of restaurants 10 minutes away. I would stay again!

Die Unterkunft lag nur eine Gehminute von der Bahnstation entfernt. Mit der Bahn kann man jedes Ziel in Bangkok erreichen.

The place was good. A shower's picture somehow doesn't fit 100% (the shower's door was replaced, but it's fine anyway). Only noise is an elevator)

Tout s’est bien passé chez Fred. Hôte très réactif, et sympathique. Le logement est bien situé et le service de ménage est bien appréciable. Je recommande!

I had a fantastic stay here! The flat is super spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax, and the location couldn’t be better—just 100 meters from the market, where I could buy fresh, affordable food every day. The atmosphere was wonderfully peaceful; I didn’t hear a thing from the neighbors, which made it a perfect spot for me because im very sensitive. The view was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable—I slept so well! The electric bill was also very reasonable, just 700 baht for the week. Another great perk was meeting interesting people from places like New York and France at the pool, which added to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, spacious, and convenient place to stay!

We stayed in Bella’s place for a month. We enjoyed our stay there, Bella and Li were very responsive. The condo is clean, it is quite compact but has everything needed for a month’s living. The property management is very good with good security. We felt very safe staying there. Location is fine with access to green buses and within walking distance to Blueport, has a couple 711’s. On the whole it is a good experience.

The most lovely hosts we have ever stayed with. Responsive, helpful, going above and beyond to make their guests stay comfortable!
