The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a home with a walled garden was formerly a stable with a dog kennel that belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. The house is completely free and high with views over hills and forests, close to the nature park " Morvan ".In the house all the old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is full of comforts with a walled garden with palms and olive trees with terrace and jacuzzi.

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its guest house stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.
