Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Thalang District

Amazing place! perfectly located in the hear of the Old town. We had a short stay, but the strategic location made it easier for us to get around and to explore the whole area. The guest house is clean and well maintained and the staff is super friendly and helpful :) I strongly recommend this spot

Place was nice, internet was not working, due to the rain i think, but Made took all action to fix it, even if it was not here fault. Very responsive and reliable.

Staff met us to welcome us to the Airbnb. The girls were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations for a night market and restaurant. The showers were a bit tricky to make hot water work, (sometimes inside and other times it didn’t). Great pool and view of the ocean.

Excelente lugar para deportistas. A pesar de que la propiedad se ve un poco descuidada en algunos lugares sociales. Las habitaciones están perfectas al igual que el cable park que funciona perfectamente. Ojalá arreglaran un poco el gimnasio que está abandonado. Pero la pasé muy bien y ofrecen buenas opciones de alimentación a precios justos.

Large family are and 3 bedrooms. O Parent bedroom had extra bed which the kids used. Sheer jot well maintained but I ask to replace the top shower which fixed the day after. Pool was wonderful. Close to the beach, some nightlife a d shopping.

Perfekter Aufenthalt – Antoine ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Antoine. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-out war alles reibungslos. Antoine war stets erreichbar und hat bei jedem Anliegen unglaublich schnell und hilfsbereit reagiert. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. We come down to Phuket every year from up north. This year's location was our favorite by far! It is walking distance from a BEAUTIFUL beach (there are stairs, but even my 3 year old and 6 year old could walk up and down without a problem). We stayed here during COVID, but there were still plenty of tasty shops open around the condo and near the beach. The room was a perfect size for our family of 4. The shower had amazing water pressure and excellent hot water. There was a nice little porch, which was perfect for family dinners where we could watch the sunset over the ocean, quite picturesque. We drove a car and there was ample parking. Mattia was responsive to all of our messages and helped us out when we needed anything. Check-in and check-out were super easy and stress free. There were no surprise fees or anything. The pool was absolutely amazing and the best pool we have had in a condo in Phuket for two young kids. There is a very large shallow end, zero-entry along one side, and a great size for swimming. The pool area was always kept very clean and the pool was very clean as well, without a ridiculous amount of chlorine so our kids could really enjoy it. Our kids were begging to go to the pool multiple times a day and our daughter learned to swim during our time in the condo. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. Everything was exactly as in the listing, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience! The location was perfect, close to the beach, making it easy to explore the area. The space itself was incredibly cozy and comfortable, and we truly felt right at home. So much light floods this apartment, the bedding is super comfy, the pillows, blankets- and everything was spotless. The host had thought of everything. We would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was super clean and in a good location, though not within walking distance to everything. But getting around was easy with a moped, which is like their Uber, costing only about $2 to get to Patong or Phuket Old Town. There’s a mall close by, and the area has a very local, homely vibe. The host was super sweet, very responsive, and replied within minutes, sometimes even seconds! Would definitely recommend!

Despite this residence backing on to a busy road, once doors and windows are closed the place is exceptionally quiet. The kitchen area is well equipped. The owner of the residence is very quick to respond for all communications. I would recommend staying at this residence. There is also a 7/11 that is extremely well stocked, only a few minutes walk away that stocks just about everything one might need...

Pew went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival. Great guy, super communicative and the property is exactly as described.20 mins walk to the night life but I enjoyed walking back down the beach tbf. Whilst also having the benefits of the quiet at night and much better value local restaurants and bars.

Me and my mates spend a week in this Amazing Villa .YoYo is a fantastic Host , everything went smooth, super helpful , you can ask anything you need and she get back to you very shortly. The Villa is located a little bit out from the center (just about 5 minutes with the scooter ) nice peaceful and clean , with a great pool , everything work perfectly.,ust a perfect spot for relax . 10 out of 10 i definitely Will come back☺️😉

Cleanliness, was more than decent, plus the helpers helped to ensure daily cleanliness. Towels were changed daily. Location was fine. Though near the patong area, walking out was challenging with the up slope heading out. Transport out is best. Tuktuk contacts were given so no problem at all. The view from the top floor was awesome! To summarise our stay, it was fantastic. Would recommend Dane's place for groups or families that wish to have peaceful and quiet night after a party filled night at Phuket's patong area! Cheers!

very nice place with the pool the highlight. respectful area. little bit loud with scooters racing past on the road beside the villa but let not stop you to book this beautiful villa because of that! My rating AAA+

Our family had an amazing week long stay in Jariya’s villa. We were very well looked after by all the team, special mention to Pook Pook who was lovely. Great communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble and the help with organising car and scooter rental was ideal. The villa itself is like something from a movie nestled into the hilltop with stunning views and very secure. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Nous avons réellement adoré ce logement. La villa et la piscine sont très bien entretenues. Nous avons trouvé la villa encore plus belle que sur les photos d’ailleurs ! Enfin, notre hôte a été extrêmement réactif lorsque l’on a pu le contacter, avec des réponses dans la seconde près. Le quartier est parfait si vous recherchez un lieu calme sur Phuket, avec nombreux restaurants en bord de mer et proximité avec un port de long tail boats pour vous emmener sur les îles à proximité.

Villa au calme parfait pour 3 couples ou grande famille. Chaque chambre a sa SDB. Piscine privée. Le mieux est de louer un scooter pour se déplacer. Hôte très réactif, il a répondu à nos besoins très rapidement à chaque fois.

This is my First Trip to Phuket. The House Person In Charge Name Mr Tom is Very good. He give me alot of guide on local food, local market and he even bring our group to where we wan to go. Thr house location is good. Walking distance have 7 11,local food and Lotus Market. Mr Tom and his team came to airports to fetch our group without charging us anything. Very appreciate it. The house is huge,kitchens item is all complete. And the house have a indoor swimming pool. My group dint manage to used the pool and we spend more time going out. I truly recommend this place to stay. From house to patong beach just 30 minutes drive by Van. Lastly my group would like to say Thank You Very much to Mr Tom and His team for taking care of us along our holiday. You really help us alot. Hope to see u soon next time and we will booked your place next time when we come back to phuket again. I wish you all the best and have a great day ahead.
