Haus Katharina (für 6 Personen) ist ein uriges Blockhaus in exponierter, einmaliger Lage direkt auf der Skiwiese im/am Naturschutzgebiet. Das Grundstück ist 1100 m² groß. Perfekte Lage - abgesehen von der Ski- und Rodelwiese ist auch die Wurmbergseilbahn und der Ortskern mit Cafés und Restaurants gut erreichbar. Im Herbst 2016 neu gebaut, verfügt das Haus über eine gehobene, gemütliche Einrichtung im Landhausstil - mit Fußbodenheizung, Kamin und eigener Sauna. Das Haus besteht kpl. aus 🪵

There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

We have focussed on loving details, practical installations and the use of natural materials. The 3000 qm plot includes 400 qm of meadow and a wooded slope with an extraordinary tree house. The Design vacation home is located in the countryside near the national park Harz.

An open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy convivial evenings. Welcome to our romantic holiday apartment in the heart of Quedlinburg’s World Heritage Site. The apartment spans two floors in a carefully restored 17th-century half-timbered house. Many original beams, walls, and historic doors have been preserved inside. A cast-iron spiral staircase leads to the attic. The interior has been lovingly designed, partly with historical furniture and partly with unique pieces crafted by a carpenter.
