Claires house was beautiful, clearly someone who knows how to make a house feel like a home, but also have the luxury feeling of a hotel. Super clean and comfy. Claire was super responsive and helped us with all our questions. Small suggestion: a bigger bathroom rug to soak up any water from the shower and a small desk or chest of draws in the bedroom to unpack your suitcase into. Everything else was loveleyy and we will be coming again🩷

From the onset communication with Wendy was brilliant. Clear check in instructions , really helpful tips of local eateries . We were really happy with the quality of apartment , it really was a home from home with high end appliances, good quality crockery , coffee machine , washing machine , etc. this apartment literally has everything you need , we packed things we just didn’t need because the apartment had it! The views are really nice overlooking the beach. Biscuits and milk left for a welcomed cuppa on arrival. Everything was also super clean . Would highly recommend .

Nicole’s space offers gorgeous views of the water and the city, and has everything to make your stay comfortable. I would recommend, beware of the 5 flights of narrow stairs, but it makes the view worth it.

Lovely space, away from the busier area but we'll within walkable distance. Brill views over the sea (great to wake upto!) ...the place itself is spacious and clean and nicely fitted out. Abigail is a great host and I would recommend her place if you want something that's near to the hustle and bustle yet slightly tucked away from it too! Thankyou for a lovely stay x

Just back from a wonderful stay at Craig and Imogen’s apartment, as a family of 4 with our toddler and baby. It’s one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in with our kids. Spotless, tidy, smells like a hotel - very clean and an all round enjoyable space to be in. Excellent location from which to explore Margate- everything walkable. Everything was super clear right from booking through to check out. Just perfect! Would love to come back again!

We had a lovely time here. I grew up coming here every summer, easter and Christmas to visit my grandparents. We love coming to visit and this apartment was perfect, close to the seafront and town. The place was lovely, spacious and tidy with everything you need for a couple of days. Thank you for having us!

Thank you Miguel for a wonderful stay! The flat was so stylish and well kept. We were totally comfortable and really enjoyed how easy it was to get everywhere while also having a bit of distance from the crowds by the main sands. Proximity to the beach and Northdown road made it the perfect spot for our weekend trip. There are so many local and artful touches to the place, we were so glad to see Miguel’s passion for the local scene represented in the home. Thanks again and highly recommend this spot especially for the price!

The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. Susan (and Co.) are super responsive and friendly, giving plenty of recommendations about the area. very easy to check in/out. Overall a great stay, it's very quiet and peaceful on the high street as it's a small town, everyone is friendly. I definitely recommend 😃

Marie's home was delightful. Easy self check in with clear instructions. We've been coming to Margate for a few years now and the location is ideal for our fave spots. The gardens opposite were very handy for our pup, who came with us. Marie kindly recommended a few places, so it was nice to discover some new finds. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful unique little homely haven. It's cosy, with interesting nooks and crannies everywhere throughout, warm and inviting. The sauna on the roof terrace is the icing on an already excellent cake. Jess communicated so promptly and helpfully throughout. I can't recommend it enough. One of my all time favourite air bnb experiences. Thanks Jess!

We had an amazing time. The apartment is extremely central and had everything you needed. The beach entrance was a godsend and made the stay even more enjoyable. There’s lots to do and great restaurants near by. Well stocked kitchen to make breakfast. Lots of fond memories!

We were delighted to have the opportunity to stay at Katie’s place. It was spotlessly clean, clutter free and beautifully curated. We loved the location, a gentle walk into the heart of Margate, and a lovely sea view. Katie was a fantastic host, clear and easy to follow instructions and was warm and friendly on top of that. A great find so convenient for everything, close to shops, beach and bus stops. The apartment had everything you could need with clear instructions for everything. Stayed with three friends for a 50th birthday in town and Helen looked after us so well. Everything just perfect for spending a couple of days catching up and the hottub was the crowning glory. Thoroughly recommended.

The apartment is spotless, cozy, and located in Birchington-on-Sea just a short walk from the sea. Inside, everything feels welcoming and well-prepared — from the comfortable bed with a quality mattress to the clean and practical kitchen and bathroom. It’s a peaceful space that has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a little garden where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air. The host was absolutely wonderful — very, very polite, helpful, and always quick to respond. She made everything easy and even allowed early check-in and late check-out, which I really appreciated. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to return.

Chloe was a fabulous host, had left milk, wine and tea/ coffee for us to use! There was a great map showcasing the walking nearby and the flat itself was great 😊
