Next to the house is the popular Wenqing Night Market and Food Night Market, walking distance to Cicada Market and Tamarind Market; 3 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to Hua Hin Train Station. There are convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and local boat noodle shops on both sides of the main road, and all the amenities are available. The unit is fully equipped for short or long stays, including kitchen facilities (microwave. cooker, double-door fridge), three-color lighting, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a crib (please book in advance) to take care of your family. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with open kitchen solution. Spacious private patio with private jacuzzi. In addition, the common area has a garden and two swimming pools, one small and one larger. The house has TV and internet. Air conditioning in all rooms as well as fan in the ceiling. Right next to the property there is a small restaurant that serves good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a small shop that sells refreshments a few minutes walk away.

Stay in this pool villa, 14 km from Bluport Hua Hin, 9 km from Pranburi, 13 km from the beach. Enjoy the 4x10 swimming pool and the large terrace. Carport for 2 cars. 2 small mattresses available, which could be used for children. Some plants need to be watered, so there are 2 options: you accept to do it (a few minutes a day) or you accept that a gardener comes on site. Owner lives there when house not rented, so there will be some belongings in the house and some food in the fridge/freezer.
