excellent comfortable place. well kept and furnished. has a small pool, BBQ, air hockey and pool table. the host is friendly and responsive. the area is quiet with lots of birds to wake you up. 😁 The only thing to keep in mind is that if you don't have a car, you will be isolated. Grab car comes sometimes, but doesn't at times.

Hidden oasis of paradise, we enjoyed our stay immensely. We stayed comfortably as a family of 5 and 3 extra extended family. The pool is right at the front door for timeless enjoyment. Close enough to shops and far enough not to hear crazy cars and partying. Most definitely would come back to this place with Mr Pathanin as our incredible, welcoming host.

A great stay. The villa it's absolutely wonderful with all what you need to enjoy outside or for cooling. The pool in a huge garden is a must. The area is so quiet and peaceful just next to the lake was exactly what we looking for. Away from the mass tourism, you stay close from the real thaï life. The golf course 5 mn away is a plus for me who like play golf. I can recommend to everyone this place. Thank you Marc for the warm welcome, I will be back for sure.

The house is very clean. It smells great. Every bedroom is very comfortable. But it's a good idea to add care to the pool. There will be some areas where sharp tiles cut the legs, and the departure time should be flexible for 30 minutes or no more than an hour. Because the staff will charge if you exceed the time of your stay, because the stay does not arrive at 2pm. Enter 4pm to allow time for storage. Please have a time that can be a little flexible.

We had a fantastic stay here. The setting is just stunning with beautiful views down to the sea. Wake up with the sounds of the birds and a nice breeze and your day is perfect. The private pool has a good size and the communal lap pool is a great addition for sportive swimmers. The whole resort is very quiet and well maintained. The Villa is very private and spacious. The interior seems brand new with very comfortable beds and good sized bathrooms . The kitchen has everything one can think of to prepare a nice meal. However, there are so many nice restaurants around that the choice of eating at home or go for a local place is not easy. Communication with Suparat was excellent and she replied instantly and helped us with massage appointments and restaurant recommendations. We felt like spending our vacation in a friend's house! It's hard to leave this piece of paradise but we can’t wait to be back and next time we will stay longer.

We stayed here 1 month. -Checkin was super easy. Were provided clear instructions. - communication with the host was amazing! Very responsive. - Any issues we had were dealt with in a timely matter. - 3 rooms 2 restrooms inside. Each room has its own aircon which works great! The master bed room takes a little longer to cool down but no big deal. - The pool was great on the hot days. Plenty of space out side to sit or hang your clothes after using the provided washer. Plenty of hanger provided for the two of us. - Not to far from city center. Maybe 5-10 mins. 7/11 right around the corner. About 5mins walking 2 mins on a bike. -quite neighborhood even with the renovations on the house next door. -living room furniture works but wish It was a little more comfy. But I understand it’s an AirBnb. - kitten had all the cookware you need. Decent fridge. And plenty of wardrobe space. -tv is a smart tv with Netflix. (Must have your own log in) I would definitely stay here again!

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

Lovely pool with direct access to the beach. Air con was great and very comfortable bed.

I felt at home in the condo within just a couple of days. Large complex...but just set off the main road...so very quiet considering where you are. Everything seems to be just a couple of blocks away in this older more interesting part of town, Morning Wet Market, Night Market, Beach by the pier, and a million places to eat.
