The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. Puffin Place is a 320 sqft studio located two streets from the beach. Walking distance to Fresh Foods grocery and multiple restaurants. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, and neutral tones make the space the perfect combination of bright and cozy. On chilly days, curl up next to the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows. The queen bed sleeps two guests comfortably. The sofa twin beds are best suited to youngsters. The condo is a third floor unit with stairs, no elevator.

Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course, and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown.

This suite features three skylights in the main area, flooding the space with natural light, with an additional skylight in the bathroom. The space includes a kitchenette with a quaint dining area. Relax in the king-size bed outfitted with luxurious linens, ideal for unwinding as you watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. This unit offers a love seat that unfolds to reveal a comfortable twin bed for an additional guest. This room does not allow pets.

Situated on the scenic golf course, the house is exceptionally equipped with everything you'll need. Enhanced cleaning protocols and time between guest stays allows us some peace of mind. Due to severe allergies, we do not accept animals of any kind. We do not host events.
