Basic on the outside, this comfy little flat has parking outside the front door and horses roaming in close. Tar access to driveway and undercover parking. Motor bikes welcome. Dogs welcome at an extra charge.

Showground station is 2 mins drive. 40 mins to CBD. 5 mins to Castle Towers, supermarkets and eateries. Walking distance to Hillsong Church. Private lounge with Netflix (second photo). I welcome singles, couples, business travellers and well behaved female dogs. If second bedroom is required ($45 extra) please book for 3 people. Dogs will be charged at $20 each per night. Completely separate unit. No sharing required. Private granny flat. Located close to transport on a quiet street. Late 1pm check out on Sunday mornings! Great train service to Sydney Olympic Park, since we are close to Seven Hills station. Kitchenette is complete with Microwave, Toaster, kettle, rice cooker, salt, oil, coffee, and dining table. There's no cook top or oven, however electric fry pan can be provided upon request.
