We loved the place😊 Perfect location for a family with young kids. Beautiful sea breeze and quiet neighbourhood. Grandpa, dad and kids enjoyed playing the pool game.

Great spot - very comfortable with all necessary provisions - felt very relaxed and homely as a holiday shack. Wold definitely love to return.

Loved my stay here! The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and safe. The space itself was super cozy and well-kept, with all the essentials for a comfortable visit. Great vibes all around. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Unbelievable, this place is even better than the photos. Sarah is amazing host and great person to deal with. Weather wasn’t the best for us but this home overcompensated for that and my family including 2 grandkids had a holiday they will never forget. I can’t recommend highly enough, we will be booking again.

We had a great stay the house was perfect and welcoming. Great walks on the beach and up the hill. Quiet road for kids to ride bikes or cross to the beach. The sunset views from the deck are amazing.

This house is amazing!!!! We were in Yeppoon with our family celebrating a special birthday. The house accommodated us all very comfortably. The outdoor spaces allowed for us to gather with our friends and share food and laughs together. You will not be disappointed if you get the chance to stay in this amazing home. Enjoy ☺️

I have stayed here a few times over the last 5 years and I will always highly recommend to others. Amanda is a fantastic host. Very communicative and quick to respond. The house is so lovely and the view is beautiful.

Spent two weeks working in Rockhampton and couldnt wait to get back to the house to unwind after working 12 hrs on a construction site. Will hopefully book again in the future for a family holiday this time!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ray White Yeppoon were sensational the whole way through since booking. The views from this house are second to none. Sunrises were incredible from the back deck and lawn. Multiple bathrooms and toilets was an absolute bonus. Would recommend this house, and Ray White Yeppoon to anybody.

We were so happy that we managed to find this wonderful property. There were nine of us and we found the amenities perfect for our needs. This cabin was immaculate. everything had been cleaned and we felt so comfortable there. there was anything you could possibly need on a holiday

perfect house perfect location lovely and clean.... kaye was very easy to communicate with it was a pleasure staying at this lovely house...walking distance to pubs and cafes just perfect...loved the lounge only problem it was hard to get off the lazy boy...will be back

We had a great stay at Marks place. It had everything we needed for the couple of days we were there. We need to mention that the sunrises from the sunroom were spectacular!!!

Home was beautiful, absolutely amazing view, all the appliances you could need. Hosts were very helpful and proactive.

“Pink Springs” was a great place for our family getaway. The house was in a quiet street but also within walking distance to all our needs. It was very comfortable, with lots of spaces to retreat to quietly or join others for fun. The beds were also really comfortable!

We had a fabulous little getaway, location was exactly where we needed to be. House is lovely and clean, well set up, comfy bed, great bath, lovely deck with water views, the downstairs area is great for entertaining also, playing pool was fun, the extra fridge and bathroom downstairs made it so convenient. The street is quite and the walks to the beach are beautiful. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home.

Really nice place. We were 2 couples and there was lots of space. Had a great modern kitchen with everything we needed. The outside space was fabulous with an amazing view. Having a bbq was a real bonus as few places seem to have one. We used it 2 nights.. Very steep hill to get up from the town, but we had a car so no problem. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended! Beautiful home with great facilities and 100mr to Parks for the kids or restaurants for the family.
