very good apartment! a beautiful balcony. a couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and umbrella. If you go by car, it has parking. The reception guys are super friendly!! He let us in early! It communicates immediately, that's very good!!!!!! thank you! excellent stay!!!

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

James's apartment is a large, comfortable apartment and very well located with views of a very beautiful large beach. You can see some incredible sunsets! There is a market and restaurant next door and it is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes Check-in and Check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). The living room has a TV, and the balcony has a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!
