Holiday houses in Thenneberg

This new house has an artistic, minimalist architecture with a soothing, calming atmosphere. We appreciated the lack of superfluous items or kitschy decorations. The house is surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The view was fantastic, no TV needed. The cozy sleeping places were high quality and had large duvets. There was a lot of peace, although the only neighboring house was sometimes being built. Since it was light in the morning in May, one of us had too few options for darkening. The host really cares about his guests, he was always proactive, very helpful and responsive. We traveled without a car and for the last kilometers it worked well with the call bus (phone or app). The on-call bus has certain operating times and a time lead. Under certain conditions, some trips are even free (taxis are horrendously expensive).

I went to Lower Austria with friends to spend a nice weekend in nature. Luckily, I found Tim's place because it was just wonderful. Especially the pond was perfect for swimming, we made a campfire in the large garden and used the pleasant interior. Everything was extremely clean, tidy and also ideally equipped. The house is in an extremely pleasant location: both right next to the hiking trails and easily accessible by car. There was room for this in front of the entrance. The beds were very comfortable and also the rooms are very well structured. The large garden is as fantastic as the kitchen and the living room with fireplace. Tim was also open to all our questions and gave us lots of helpful information and tips. Thank you and we will be happy to come back!

Andreas is a friendly and excellent host. The apartment is well equipped. It was very clean and as shown or described in the pictures. The apartment is located near the vineyards. There are some wine taverns that can be easily reached on foot. From a nearby bus stop, you have a good connection to Vienna in the city. We felt very comfortable there and spent some nice days. Would immediately book with Andreas again for another stay.

We were very lucky to find this accommodation. Its location, the design of the house, its sophistication, all perfectly suited a family of 3 children starting a hike, an excellent choice in terms of price-value ratio. Manfred immediately helped us with any questions we had, the descriptions of the accommodation were simple and clear.

Very nice flat with all amenities in a quiet suburban location in Moedling. The walk to the train station was very pleasant and enjoyable after which it is very easy to get to many locations. Daniel was very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend it and hope to stay there again in the future.

Very quiet location in the countryside, very cozy large apartment with very large facilities, on 2 floors, interesting mix of old interior with modern facilities. We went hiking directly from the house, you could take many tours from here!

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The accommodation is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically furnished. There are numerous possibilities to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right on the doorstep there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach the center of Vienna in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. E-charging station for cars only 100m away.

This is a wonderful apartment in the spa town of Bad Voslau. We stayed almost two weeks. It's very spacioius, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking and eating. It is very quiet at night. It is just opposite the thermal bath which was starting to get busy when we were there as it was starting to get warm. Down the street there are several restaurants, both traditional and fast food. There is a large Billa within easy walking distance. It was a lovely place to stay and we would easily stay there again.
