Appartement dans une villa de caractère située dans le quartier de Balmoral au dessus de la ville de Spa (3 km) et à 12 km du circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. L'appartement est situé au niveau du jardin et comprend une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas, une chambre avec un lit double d’1m80, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC indépendant. Il dispose d'une entrée individuelle et d'une vaste terrasse avec deux parties abritées pouvant être chauffées et jouit d’une vue magnifique sur la vallée.

Que vous soyez à la recherche de tranquillité, d'aventure en plein air ou d'une escapade romantique, notre petite cabane a tout ce qu'il vous faut pour un séjour inoubliable. Notre gîte, prévu pour 2 personnes, est un pied-à-terre romantique idéal. Il est situé au calme, dans le village de Harzé. Il est également l'endroit parfait pour les amoureux d'activités de plein air. Je mets à votre disposition des VELOS ELECTRIQUES. Garage fermé pour vos vélos et motos. Notre gîte est proche des Grottes de Remouchamps, du Monde Sauvage, du Ninglinspo, de Durbuy, Spa, La Roche en Ardennes, la cascade de Coo, des pistes de ski et de nombreuses brasseries locales.

Francorchamps – Secluded chalet by a pond

Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

Capacity: maximum 7 to 8 adults + 4 to 5 children. No parties with too many drinks or drugs.
