Great stay! The house is superb, clean and well arranged. A first for us on Airbnb, we were not disappointed and I think we will come back! the neighborhood is quiet, it was a great stay for us! The host is responsive and gives clear instructions for settling in. Thanks ☺️

The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet place of the village, about 15 minutes away from Perpignan train station. Everything in the apartment is clean and the furnitures are fine. However, a little defict is that there is no regular air conditioner or fan in it, but instead it only has one heavy mobile air conditioner that makes huge noise when the wind blows loud, as loud as the sound of a tornado. If will be much better if a quiet air conditioner will reppace this noise machine. The service team is very friendly and respond to me quickly all the time, which matters a lot. Overall, this is good place to stay for short-term travelling.

Our hosts were just incredible. So lovely and the cottage was impeccably decorated. Super clean and everything you need included. They have a washing machine and a movable line to hang clothes on and pegs. Like everything else they really thought of everything and made the space a home. Pool is beautiful. The restaurant recommendations were top notch with stunning food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Théza. Highly recommended!
