Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

On one level, it consists of a bedroom with double bed and baby bed if necessary, a living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, dining area and open kitchen equipped. In summer, during the day, access to the swimming pool of the owners house next door. ( swimming pool not private for tenants to share but it is large, 6m X12m) 30% discount for curists

Sur la Via Santa Martini. -Je ne fourni pas les draps, sauf pour les pèlerins Santa Martini. 6 couchages + 1 bébé, Cuisine équipée , Wifi Terrain clos 1400m2 Chiens admis sauf dans les chambres. De 01/10 à 01/05 +13€/nuit en raison du chauffage : 2 pompes à chaleur+radiateurs+cheminée bois. Pendant les fêtes et les vacances, je ne loue pas pour une seule nuit .
