Mr Rajaram is such a king gentleman. we didn't arrive until very late due to our flight arrival time. Mr Rajaram agreed to wait up for us without complaint and was so hospitable upon our arrival. He has shown us how special a homestay in Kerala can be over a hotel. He even offered to accompany us to the fish market and to cook the famous Keralan fish curry on our last night to enjoy a farewell dinner together with his wife. The location is just superb, quiet and peaceful with the sounds of bird calls. Just 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful part of Varkala beach accessible from the stunning Sawaa restaurant. I cannot recommend this property enough for a quiet, convenient location and hospitality. We will certainly be back.

good place to stay if you have vehicle

Loved the stay at Shivani’s place. Odyam beach is like 5-10mins , the area is very calm and pleasant. Airbnb is easily accessible to North cliff and multiple locations. Totally loved staying here felt like a home for us and the price was a steel deal. Would love coming back here again very soon.

I stayed at Casa Maya for 2 days, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The best part was the stunning ocean view right from my bed, waking up to that every morning was just amazing. The beach is barely 50 metres away, making it super convenient to go for a walk or just relax by the water. The breakfast served was delicious and full of flavor, really set the tone for the day. The property had all the amenities exactly as listed in the Airbnb, and everything was in perfect condition. The host, Shelly, was very responsive and friendly, making the booking and check-in process smooth and welcoming. The caretaker, Mr. Nayar, was also fantastic, very friendly and helpful. He shared great recommendations on places to visit and activities to try in the area. Overall, Casa Maya is highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature by the sea.

It was a really nice stay, no disturbance, very friendly host and a very good manager and cleaning staff. Everything was neat and clean( washrooms, room, bed spreads, bed sheet etc etc). Even though we booked a dormatory, we were given access to terrace which was beautiful, we spent lot of time on the terrace than the room, the beach was just 10min away from the stay by walk and the famous Janardhana swamy temple was just 5 min away from the stay and the host provided us access to private beach as well. I would suggest everyone who are on a budget trip to just go for it and enjoy your stay. The host suggested us the near by places and few best cafes and restaurants near the cliff and was always available for all our needs. He has installed AC as well which will be functional in few days, only draw back is there is no hot water and I hope he will install geezer ASAP which will help the guests.

The highlight of our trip to Trivandrum was the time we spent at this straight-out-of-a-painting property. We were six of us including our dog, who had the time of her life playing fetch on the sprawling coconut tree meadow that surrounds the house. The house itself is large, yet cosy and the pictures barely do justice to the view of the sea that it offers. Our caretaker Ujjal is exactly like how all the other reviews describe him: kind and helpful. He made us breakfast on all three days. His aloo parantha and idli sambar stood out for us. We were lucky to have stayed here and made memories that we’ll all cherish for a long, long time.

I felt at home immediately am so grateful to stay with Prema and Sanjiv. They welcomed me in to new year festivities and are so kind and peaceful. All fabulous facilities and friendship. I truly appreciate having water therapy sessions with Prema and space in the yoga shells to practise. Hoping to come again next year.

Loved the stay Property is located right on the cliff loved the view

The place is very calm and serene. Rooms are well maintained. We were expecting a full villa. Initially we were disappointed that we had to share the villa with other guests. But the host was absolutely incredible with his hospitality.

The stay was planned as a getaway with family which included elderly parents and 4 others in their 30's. The pool was decent sized and the rooms were all neat with a traditional feel, which really made the parents at ease. Restaurant, beach and other amenities were very close and accessible. It was an easy going experience with no tension in the air. The host Nishal was an absolute gent and was with us whenever we needed him. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend it to families and groups of adult friends to hang out.

The suite was exceptional, providing a peaceful and relaxing holiday experience. The room's appearance precisely matched the provided photographs. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and readily available to assist with any needs. Getting to Edava Beach was easy from the property. The only downside was some drunk people hanging around the entrance and staring which was a bit annoying when we walked to the beach.

Blue Cove Villa is a great place to stay. Very homely and comfortable. The rooms are cozy and clean. Bathrooms are well equipped with good plumbing and hot water. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to have a good dining experience. The plunge pool and outdoor space is tastefully designed. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The host will make sure you will enjoy your experience at the be villa and surrounding areas.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The family is staying adjacent to this house and are very friendly and helpful. They are proactive and caring. Varkala beach,cliff,black sand beach,Janardhana temple etc. are walkable distance from this place. It's good for solo traveller's aswell. Sreevishak and family made me very comfortable during my stay. Thank you so much for all your help and wish I could come there soon and enjoy your hospitality again.

We had one the best experiences here. The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous. It’s private and beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the pool and the outdoor shower a lot. The pool is perfectly suited to just chill in summer with music. Both the hosts Deepak and Akshay were absolutely amazing. Both of them provided us with excellent service. They arranged for us to wait at a cafe when we came early and use their vehicle to take us to the Airbnb from the cafe. Also they helped provide valuable advice as to how to travel from the airport which helped us navigate easily. Overall we had an amazing experience. Would recommended everyone to stay at this Airbnb

The place is very good for a family or friends stay. Beautiful place and the care taker Shiva was very kind and friendly. Shibi was very welcoming and was very prompt in replying us. Will definitely going back there again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The place was neat, tidy, and very spacious, making it perfect for me and my friends to enjoy our time there. It was a great place to stay! It matches the description precisely. 6-9 Members can fit in comfortably. The host was really good . They maintain the house well . You’ve got all the required amenities. And there’s a beach(Walkable Distance) . It’s just a bit far from Varakala.
